The manager Tracy needs to learn how to treat the employees respectfully at this location. It was straight up bullying towards her employees. In front of anyone near the area in the store.
I would give 5 stars to the 3 young ladies working behind the counter on Aug 7 around 11:30am at this location. They have helped us twice & been very nice, friendly & quick to get our order together.
Today I witnessed their manager Tracy straight up yelling at one young lady to get upstairs for some meeting about a review. The young lady was helping get our order together and the manager offered her no help, instead just kept glaring at her and pointing to go upstairs. That is extremely demeaning & no one deserves that.
The other 2 young ladies made it to the counter from what I guess was their meeting, but didn’t have a chance to know what was going on at the counter, which was not their fault in the slightest.
