We attempted to visit a McDonalds in Prior Lake, Mn. Upon arriving at 11:45pm (store closure states 12am) we were told by a man who identified himself as the manager they were only taking orders for drinks and ice cream. This is odd to me based on the fact they are a food establishment and that is their main menu. The gentleman chose not to serve us due to it being close to closing time. However I feel if they are open until 12am they should not consider the store closed until 12am and refuse service to customers sooner than that time to ensure they end their night at store closure 12am. It should be after store closed when their kitchen closes as they are a food establishment. When I asked the the manager the gentleman on the intercom stated he was the manager and I asked for his name stating Id like to contact cooperate and he refused and when asked again he chose to ignore the intercom. I proceeded to the window to identify the manager whom stood in the window and yelled and screamed out the window at me stating he was not consenting to me identifying him. Very unprofessional and sad representation of the McDonalds brand. State your store hours and stick to them. Denying service because you want to get off at store closure time is not right. The shift should end a time after 12am to allow for kitchen closure not at listed closure time posted to customers. I would ask this manager be trained more effectively to serve patrons at store posted hours and have better skills in communication with customers as in my opinion Its imperative to have a...
Read moreI ordered a crispy sweet bacon bbq sandwich meal and a quarter pounder with cheese. Lady at the counter accidently rang up two sandwiches. I told her that I said that I wanted a meal so why don't I just pay for the fries and drink separately. She got the manager and the manager accused me of lying and accused the girl for not doing her job. She still ended up charging me almost $3 extra bucks for the fries and drink. When I got the meal I got grilled chicken on my sandwich. I think their grilled chicken has no flavor, but my opinion... My quarter pounder had no cheese. I didn't want to go back and talk to the manager as I feared that it would have escalated into an argument. I have never given such a poor experience as a manager in my seven years of working at McDonald's. I suggest that lady should do what I did when I started out behind the counter and read Ray Crock' s memoir "Grinding it Through." He said qsc&v so many times that if he got a brick for how many times he said it. It could build about a hundred golden gate bridges. I've sat in many training classes at the local corporate office over in Bloomington. Met wonderful people and my career was wonderful up to the part where I felt that I was needed elsewhere, but always will I remember my...

I know McDonald’s often gets criticized, but this location proves that you can rely on a great meal and a pleasant experience. It’s a fantastic spot, and my son and I had an awesome time watching Chive TV while enjoying our breakfast.
