Anna's Prospect Apizza — Restaurant in Prospect

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT READ!! This was the WORST experience ordering food in my entire life. My husband tried to place an order for a pizza. The male who took the order did not know the menu and after talking to my husband we realized within 60 seconds we couldn't eat the pizza because we have a food intolerance to tomatoe sauce. When my husband called back immediately the person working proceeded to LIE and tell us aggressively that within the 60 seconds between the first phone call and the second the pizza was already made. There is no way that a pizza could be made within that time frame. We then said we wanted a refund. He offered to make "another pizza", but we clearly did not want prepared food from someone who was so rude, aggressive and a liar. Also the price was $38, way more than listed on the menu for what we ordered. After arguing with the person for over 10 minutes telling them we have health issues and that's why we had to adjust the order in the first place he still never placed the refund. I am calling my bank and getting a refund. Disgusting...

Everytime we have ordered from Anna's the food is hard and dry. Delivery takes forever. We always try to give businesses a chance to correct a problem before writing them off. The last time we ordered, our order took almost 2 hours. It was barely warm when it arrived, the Buffalo chicken tenders were dry and hard and had no buffalo sauce on them. The sauce on the pepperoni pizza was super spicy and the kids wouldn't eat it. We called Anna's to let them know about the issues and they were not concerned at all. They did NOT offer to correct the problem at all. My husband then told them that we wouldn't be ordering from them again and they said "we're sorry to hear that " and hung up. So we threw the food in the trash (because it wasn't edible anyway) and threw away their number. It would've been quicker to just throw our money in the trash. Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a simple order and they managed to screw it up—gave us barbecue wings instead of buffalo. Fine, mistakes happen. But instead of catching it before we left, they waited until after we drove all the way home to call and tell us they gave us the wrong wings.

We don’t even like barbecue wings—I told them that clearly. But they couldn’t deliver the correct ones because apparently we live “too far.” So I had to get back in the car and drive all the way back to pick up what I originally ordered.

When I got there, they just shrugged and said, “You can keep the barbecue ones too,” like that was some kind of consolation. I already told them we don’t like them. And to top it off, they didn’t offer any credit or refund for their screw-up. Not even an apology that felt sincere. Just a complete lack of customer service.
