DON'T BUY A BLIZZARD CAKE HERE!! Went here to get my daughter a blizzard cake for her birthday. We bought her a Reese's cup blizzard cake. We get home and cut the cake and there is only about 1/4 inch of actual blizzard on the cake!!!! She was extremely dissapointed and I was angry because the cake cost over $27 dollars and there was about the equivalent of one small or medium at best amount of blizzard!! Complete rip off!! If it hadn't been so late and so far away I would have returned it. So if you want a blizzard cake go to a different location because whoever is making them in the Prospect location is ripping you off!! Also, the people working there ignored us for a good 5 minutes when we sat the cake on the counter to pay for it. There was one person waiting for food so they weren't busy. They just didn't seem to care. Maybe they were ashamed to sell me the garbage cake they had made? I'll drive the extra distance to another location from now on. I'd suggest you...

Horrible experience. Ordered a birthday cake Wednesday. They confirmed it would be ready for pickup on Saturday at 2:00pm. We called Friday at 11:00 to see if it would be done any earlier. They said no, it’ll be done at 2:00. So I came to pick it up at 2:10. The inside was empty but the drive thru was slammed. They didn’t acknowledge me until about 10 minutes later. I told them I was there to pick up a cake order. After another 15 minutes, they told me the cake was delivered to this location last night but did not have the wording on it. Came into this Prospect location Saturday night, March 2. This has got to be the worst location for service, quality, and staff. The young guy working messed up our blizzard which was served an absolute mess. Had to show the female manager who told him to make again because it wasn’t the right Blizzard and just messy. He honestly looked angry and made me very uncomfortable. The drive thru does not move quick at all and had to go inside along with the car in front of us.
