Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Prospect

Prospect store: They can't do an order correctly any more! 1. Today, no pepperoni at all, so I returned after dinner, spoke to the new manager, Kristina, who said there would only be 8 (???) pieces of pepperoni on a 5 topping pizza (even my XL pizza), which would not show because it was underneath the cheese. I showed her the photo of the half ordered with only bacon, sausage, and pepperoni, and she insisted the pepperoni could be there. She eventually refunded me. 2. My previous order, a month ago: Almost 1/2 the toppings had slid off the pizza before being put in the box, leaving some tomato sauce remnants on the crust. I took it back, waited for the replacement, at home found the thin cracker-like crust had been substituted for the "original" crust on the order, All were hungry- could not take it back for a third pizza! 3. The dependably-good "Original" crust is now flat in taste- seems to lack salt, butteryness, and the tiny bit of sugar used for decades. Very sad...NO reason to go back to Prospect...

While I love Papa Johns Pizza because I grew up on it sadly my closest store has been upsetting, frustrating, and low in quality. The staff are rude (literally have heard them laugh at me through the phone), lazy, can never estimate the delivery time right, and uncaring of their customers. We have put in several complaints before with the store managers here and nothing ever changes and in fact it is getting worse. The free pizzas we have received for our complaints have ALWAYS BEEN COLD and flipped around in the box. Pretty much seems like the staff here do not care about taking their jobs seriously at all... I love the pizza here but am about to quit ordering (so will all my family) because of this store location. PAPA JOHNS PLEASE GET YOUR PROSPECT, KY...

I love Papa johns Pizza. But depending on what time I order, my pizza won't come right or is obviously thrown together with no care. I pay for triple extra cheese, and half the time, I get maybe a sprinkle.

Then there was the time I had ordered in the morning and they canceled my order due to all their school orders (which was fine), but the manager had told me to order again in the afternoon and when I did she had an awful attitude about me wanting my promised free pizza. She just kept repeating I couldn't order in the morning wednesday through Friday.

I ordered about 4:30 p.m. and tonight paid for triple cheese, and there's hardly any cheese again. Delivery is an easier option for me, but I might start driving a different location...
