Subway — Restaurant in Prospect

I hate leaving any business a bad review but felt obligated to do so. I did an online order and ordered a cheese pizza for my son. When I got there they told me they couldn't cook it as their oven was down. Ok, that is fine. They then suggested they give me the frozen pizza to cook at home. I declined as I currently don't have an oven and am in the process of getting a new one. I just asked to be refunded. The worker said he would take care of it and it would show up on my credit card as a refund. Days went by and no refund was showing so I tried calling. No answer, so I left a voicemail. I tried the same thing the next day and same result. So now I'm writing a one star review for poor...

WARNING!!!! Watch out for the Indian manager/owner dude!!!!! He stands at the cash register all day counting money and DOESN'T WASH his hands before putting on gloves to serve food. NOT GOOD!!!! This is the very reason there is an outbreak of hepatitis A in the area. Over 300 cases reported by Jefferson County in past year......Google it. Normally less than a dozen cases per year. It's so bad that hepatitis A vaccines are being given to all inmates in Jefferson County lock up. ALSO, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT SERVE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES ALL DAY LIKE THE REST OF THE SUBWAYS. PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN OTHERS...

I have been to many many subways and this one is just horrible. They are so cheap and stingy with the food. Literally trying to cut the amount of meat and telling me it is only two paper thin slices per sandwich and only putting one handful of brown lettuce in a $10 salad. Yes $10 for a side salad at best. Not enough for a lunch. So $30 on bread and an empty salad bowl. And she was argumentative when I asked for more sauce on the sandwich. Only go there if you like to spend top dollar on the worst subway lunch you will find. Shameful. Will never go back to...
