Sippin' Bubble Tea Café — Restaurant in Prospect

First drink was way too sweet could be my fault cause I didn’t specify how sweet I wanted it but whatever , second time I went it had burnt sugar clusters at the bottom which didn’t entirely ruin it for me but it was different but the last 3 times I went which was after 7 pm they were out of tapioca 🙄 haven’t been back since.

Edit in response to the response : I had The burnt brown sugar drink a few weeks ago , I don’t think my post specifies when I had the drink ? So I don’t think that should take away from my experience being that you hadn’t made it in 3 days ? And that time I didn’t try the drink untill I got home which is a 20 minute drive, it was not offered for me to try in store before drink was sealed so that is completely false. The gentleman behind the counter saw me wandering aimlessly looking for a snack and reached out to see if I wanted a sandwich. He was very polite and had wonderful customer service skills. He suggested the chicken tikka sub to which I said, “I trust you, but make it spicy!” He even let me sample the mango fruit tea while I waited, which was also on point. This sandwich was everything I’ve been wanting in the past few months, but couldn’t find anywhere else. It had a nice spice level for me once he added some excellent hot sauce, and was beautifully seasoned. The grinder roll was fresh and soft, cheese perfectly melted. We heard that Prospect had a new boba shop, so we stopped by to check it out. It took much longer than we expected, but they seemed understaffed. We found the boba teas to be on the artificial side, but they weren’t bad. They were out of my dad’s first choice for his tea, so he chose the 3Q, but was unaware that it had grass jelly in it, which he didn’t love. My parents each ordered an Italian combo sandwich, and it was pretty weak. Not a lot of meat or flavor, and we saw them cook the ham on a grill which was interesting. Overall, not bad for a Prospect gas station, but there are definitely more authentic boba tea shops and better delis that I’d rather go...
