Dunkin' — Restaurant in Prosper

What a stale taste (literally and figuratively) this place has left in my mouth… all I can say is I am glad a Starbucks opened up nearby so I don’t need to rely on this place to do anything right! I order through the app, got our drinks and realized when I took a sip of whatever it is they made me (was meant to be an iced latte), half of my drink was literally missing. No cream, mostly ice sitting in a pale almost white drink that tasted like milk and dishwater. So I took it back in and asked where the rest of my drink was and why could I not taste coffee at all. I was told, hold on to your seats, that ‘iced lattes don’t have that much coffee in them and I shouldn’t be able to taste it’…. I about laughed in this girls face and when I argued that AND the fact that they made my drink wrong, she argued with me about it. Absolutely no concept of customer service and absolutely no care that they had made my drink wrong. THEN to top it all off the girl with the attitude goes back to make my drink again and proceeds to talk about me, in front of me and other customers with another male employee who was in the very back. I don’t know who manages this location and wouldn’t know because they conveniently weren’t there that day, or the day after when I tried to call to complain, but you need to re-teach your children working there on basic customer service skills, and the basic 101 of coffee making. Telling a customer a coffee drink should not taste like coffee… Ha! Won’t be coming...

Got here at 7:54 pm , doors closed yet door clearly states they close at 8:00pm (so I had 6 minutes left) , went to drive thru and they told me they ”shut everything down” at 7:45pm but technically close at 8pm . I worked at Dunkin before and fast food and I can guarantee you this is not allowed, if a customer comes even one minute before close we have to make the order . If you close at 7:45 pm then the times that’s permanent on the door should say 7:45pm but not these kids want to leave early . Waste of my time and gas to drive here thinking they’ll close at 8pm since online / google / and the fact that I’ve been here before . The first time I was here was a nightmare, the girl made my drink without cream and sugar when I specifically said I was extra cream & sugar. All while my mother was waiting for her food for 25 minutes where we seen them give everyone their food who were in line AFTER us so I went up and told them what’s the hold up to which they said they accidentally forgot about our order without apologizing , without a discount /coupon / refunds with out giving us a free donut for the huge inconvenience . This place opened this year and so far seems like they’ll close soon...

Terrible! The kids that work here need to really figure out how to listen. I have been here four times and have tried my best to give them chance after chance and they just can’t get it right! I spend at least $40 each time I go and have gone four weeks in a row and each time they forget to give me something, or they give me something else other than what I ordered. Asked for a hot coffee and ten minutes later when they gave me my food, they gave me an iced coffee. By that time my family was nearly done eating. Then when I told them I ordered a hot, it took another 10 minutes to get my coffee. My wife’s Vanilla Latte was not vanilla, they gave us a regular coffee. Today, I ordered multigrain bagels and they gave me regular. The two donuts I paid for were never given to me. Just ridiculous! I’m done with this place! I will start going to Sugar Boy over off Coit rd and Prosper Trail instead. Train your...
