Cork and Taps by Domanico Cellars — Restaurant in Prosser

We had just finished at a local winery and was looking to check out another one. This was a wonderful experience. It’s in a small strip mall complex with limited shops and this gem on the corner. The owner was gracious and welcomed our fur baby’s in their patio area. It wasn’t too busy as it was early afternoon on a Friday. The owner was by themselves and was able to get the 7 wine tasters going and getting the other 2 non winer drinkers Diet Coke & Root Beer Glasses. Served the wine tastings and took/made/delivered our food orders as quickly as he could. He did call in re-enforcements but he had everything under control. The food was tasty, the atmosphere welcoming and spacious & the wine tasters enjoyed their tasting and purchased bottles to go....

Plopped down here for a quick lunch after a 3 hour road trip. Could not be a more perfect place within 50 miles. Great indoor or outdoor seating, Angie recommended a local tempranillo, which we paired with a small charcuterie tray that would be considered a large tray in other places. Although she was busy filling other orders, she recognized we were parched and made a point to bring the bottle out right away, which was very appreciated. Great local (Prosser, Central Washington) wine and beer list and an excellent menu with reasonable prices and excellent service?...

The owner was very helpful in me being new to wine. I told him what I liked and asked him to recommend me a wine tasting menu. He took my taste buds on a journey and when I was not intending on leaving with any bottles of wine, I left with two bottles. Not because I was coerced, but because I enjoyed his suggestions so much!
