The best wine tasting we’ve ever had — worth the trip from Canada! We’re Canadians visiting Prosser, and our stop at WIT Cellars ended up being the absolute highlight of our trip. From start to finish, Bonnie made the experience unforgettable. She welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, and her knowledge and passion for the wines were second to none. Bonnie guided us through three incredible red wines: the 2020 Mazzacano Cellars Sotto Vocce, the 2021 WIT Cellars Syrah (Boushey Vineyard Co-Ferment), and the 2021 WIT Cellars Malbec (Stonetree and James Vineyards). Each was excellent in its own way, but the Malbec quickly stole my heart — bold, fruity, with raspberry and cherry on the nose, a little spice, and that long, clean finish that just makes you want to linger over every sip. And the charcuterie board… wow. Bonnie prepared the most beautiful spread we’ve ever had at a tasting. It wasn’t just delicious — it was art on a board. A thoughtful mix of cheeses, meats, nuts, dried fruit, and crackers that paired perfectly with the wines. You could see the care she put into every detail. Honestly, when Bonnie spoke, the whole patio seemed to quiet down just to listen. That’s how much presence she has. As Canadians, we’ve enjoyed tastings in both the Okanagan and Niagara wine regions, and while those are fantastic, this experience at WIT Cellars was on another level. The combination of outstanding wines, the personal connection Bonnie created, and that gorgeous charcuterie board made it a step above anything we’ve done back home. At the end of our visit, Gina helped us check out and was so kind and genuine, leaving us with the same warmth we’d felt throughout the afternoon. Between Bonnie’s engaging presentation, her artistry with the charcuterie board, and Gina’s hospitality, WIT Cellars set the bar higher than we thought possible. We were so impressed that, as Canadians who don’t typically tip big the way Americans do, we felt compelled to show our appreciation in a way that spoke volumes. That alone should tell you how extraordinary Bonnie made the day. If you’re planning a trip to Prosser, WIT Cellars absolutely needs to be on your list. And if you’re lucky enough to have Bonnie lead your tasting, prepare for something truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back — and next time, we’ll be bringing fellow Canadians with us!

The woman pouring wine this evening made us feel at home! We slipped in a half hour before closing and she made us feel comfortable and welcome! The Cab Franc was sooooooo good! We will be back! Unfortunately, my husband doesn’t drink wine and they happily offered him a beer. Made us both happy!

Beautiful day for tasting at WIT in Prosser. Their Riesling and Port are NOT sticky sweet, and the sparkling pink Syrah is bone dry. AND they have gnomes and angels available by donation to support local foster kids!!

We were referred to try this winery from a local friend. We walked in and did a tasting. The staff was friendly and advised us that if we did a tasting and purchased wine it would not be charged. We ended up buying two bottles. They charged us the tasting fee. We advised them of this and they said they cancelled the transaction and reran it. However when they did they charged us for two tastings but it didn't matter as they credit it back on the bill. It did appear as if they were not familiar with how to do that as everyone was having to help fix it. Well, we ended up getting charged twice for the rerun of the correct price. They did cancel the original ticket but how we then got charged twice for the second transaction I'm at a loss. I called 3 times and left voice mails. Also calling the alternate number they list for Gina. A full week pasted and no one ever called me back. I then called and spoke to Robin today. Absolutely no help. I will never go back to this establishment again. Ridiculous customer service. I just had to file a dispute directly with my card as they were unable to solve the double billing....

Wit Cellars in Prosser is a destination not to be missed❤️

From the beautiful tasting room, outdoor spaces and wonderful wine selection it is a must stop.

Prosser is my hometown and it will always have a special place in my heart. After living away for many years we recently held our Class Reunion at Wit Cellars …. What a great reminder of why I love Prosser….. and am so proud to call it home.

Cat and Gina did above and beyond to ensure we had the best celebration of friends! Their professional approach with helping us plan a great event, timely and accommodating responses made planning a breeze!!! I look forward to planning many more events at Wit Cellars in Prosser and encourage you to...
