I don’t know why but this location specifically has a problem when ordering a grande drink in a venti cup. I do like to order a grande drink but I always add extra shots of espresso, extra syrup, and cream foam all of which come at an extra charge… I ask for a venti cup so that all items I just added to my drink can all fit being that I paid for all those items. Twice I had an issue at this location. First time back in July I ordered a grande iced matcha tea latte with extra items and requested a venti cup, cashier taking my order asked “what do you want extra ice or something” and I said no I just want my drink in a venti cup. Well cashier changed my grande drink and charged me for a Venti drink knowing exactly what I was asking for. I let it go, again this month same issue! At drive thru I ordered a grande iced wc mocha latte with extra shot of espresso and CF in a venti and was asked the same question “did you want extra ice with that” I said no I just want all the additional items I’m paying for to fit into the cup. Girl taking my ordered seemed to understand I got my drink. 20 minutes after leaving Starbucks I realized my drink is mainly ice. I had always thought customer service was dead in the US but, the young lady employee eating her lunch before her shift on this Memorial Day made me see it is Infact alive and well. The way you dealt and chatted with a gentleman who's life is obviously not as easy as others impressed me and showed your truly inspiring personality. But seriously I’m not the only person inside so if you make a drink can you call out a name since I had to ask if it was my order.
