Warning, danger, stay away..

During our travels we decided to stop here. Taco Bell for me and KFC for my boyfriend. My Taco Bell portion was only 4.50 and he order 6 chicken tender, no meal, just tenders. So we were surprised to only 3 bucks back and some change, out of a 20. Asked the lady why so much, she reads off the prices, announcing the tenders are 9.99... So okay, could we please have a lot of Fire sauce and BBQ sauce. Get our order, drive over to the gas station next door. While he is inside I look at my order, which is wrong and the refried beans are so runny they are almost liquid.

We decide to go back and get my portion of the order correct and grab Fire sauce. Start looking through the bag. There are so many condiments, honey ketchup, sweet & tangy, and other types. No napkins.

Now he has been in there for 5 mins.I go in to grab napkins. He standing at the front. I get the napkins go back to the car. I only had a Mexican pizza with chicken. How long can this take. Well.... It took 10 more minutes.

On the road now driving, he is eating his chicken tenders. Give him a sauce. Asks hey is there any BBQ.. I would hope so with the 10lb bag of condiments, but nope 1 BBQ pack.

500 miles later the chicken tender price pops into my head so I look up the price. They are 6.99, but what is 9.99 is the tenders with potato wedges......

Looked up the reviews and had to write a review. Don't usually check reviews for fast food, but will change that in the future...

YUM Brands.... where is the district manager??? If the current manager and employees cannot represent YUM properly close the hot messed down and stop disappointing, disgusting, robbing, for everyone stopping here.

Guarantee no locals eat here any more, just travelers stopping for a quick bite or...

Ray and Edwardo, this restaurant needs some serious management training. This evening I visited this location, from my understanding Felipen is new on Drive thru register, he rushed taking our order at the menu board. As we approached the window we were greeted with “I’m going to take your payment and pull you” we asked if we could add a biscuit at the window prior to paying. He said “yes”. We asked him for the sauce we wanted he then tried to pull us. We waited and asked for our drink prior to being pulled. Us receiving the wrong size of drink. The female manager on duty proceeded to bring out our food. We Told her about our drink and our missing side of biscuits we added at the window. She left to go fix the issue. Us realizing our sauce was not in the bag either. She returned with the drink and said “you didn’t pay for the extra biscuits you will need to go back thru the line and order!” She then proceeded to tell the guy was new at the window and didn’t know he can’t add items on. She really had no concern on actually fixing the issue In fact refused to fix the issue. Extremely poor customer service and attitude. I spent 2 hours worth of employee wages at this location to be treated horribly over $1 biscuit. So me being treated like I was an inconvenience, not receiving the correct items and refusing to fix my issues has cost your company my future business. Looking through other reviews I would strongly suggest for management training. She also smiled at me when I asked for the general name, in a way that made me feel he wasn’t going to care. I would be a very upset franchise owner if this was my business. It sad to because my food was actually...

The worse KFC i have been. Service is disgusting. Stood infront of the counter to get service for about 5 to 10 but felt like hours. A girl infront me talking in the with i presume her Manager asking to count somemoney for him back and forth and she relize that i was standing for a long time ans she asked me if i have been help. I answered no, then she said i will be with just a second. Of course she continues talking in tge phone about 3 girls looking at me like i don't exist. After she was with phone call; she asked what i do want. I asked a deal they and i request it. It took them a few minutes to prepare my order and i left tge store. When i got to my room at the hotel; the chicken were bitter and cold. The oil that they fry the chicken with: either was too many times has been used or they over cooked the chicken. I could not eat more than one piece and i throw the rest, and i think something was wrong with the oil because french fries tasted bitter like the chicken. Take my advice, before leaving the store tast...
