Incorrect signage and would not honor price. After calling and speaking to manager which was an agreement over the signs in store and online all you can eat Wed pizza slices for 6.99. Which is now 9.99 No apologies just the cost went up. For a local restaurant I guess local business is not that important. Felt rushed and were limited to only 3 slices. That is NOT all you can eat. So I will take my business elsewhere. As of today 10/7/2025 there website still advertises 6.99 walk in Wednesday all you can eat slices. What a shame for local business. 1 visit bad experience too many other choices to settle for poor excuse of costumer service.

If they really had changed prices a week ago, then how are the exact same prices they claim to have "changed" still up in store (possibly), but online? And if they changed a week prior to October 1st WHY would it say 6.99 on the site TODAY October 7TH MIND YOU, if that was the case? Either staff was not told to change the price or the "manager" wants to make his/her staff look like imbeciles, The person I spoke to on the phone today was in all ways ill mannered, Clearly this "manager" did not know how to handle customers over the phone like an adult should. The aggression in talking over someone giving valid criticism is obnoxiously childish, Their way of handling reviews as if they are the best pizza place in all of rhode island is arrogance at it's finest. Not to mention the kitchen and decor situation, torn booth leather and the air ducts peering over into the small dining area? You'd think with the "updated" price, they could at least use that extra money to keep the place looking halfway decent. If this manager wanted to rant and rave about how good the place was and the award they have at least have the LOOK to back it up. Read moreI called to place an order and Stephanie asked me if I wanted Ranch or Blue cheese and I asked her for Caesar dressing she said that she would have to charge me $1.50 for it even though it comes with it. I asked to speak to a manager or someone else to verify, and she wouldn’t let me. She was extremely rude and she told me that if I wanted to save money that I would have to go to the grocery store and buy a bottle of it. Then she hung up on me. I called back twice and she continued to hang up on me and I never said I didn’t want to place the order. I’ve been ordering from big Tony’s for a while. I’ve been a resident for 10 years in Providence and I’ve never had any issues with the people over the phone.
