Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

Went through the drive thru to get a flavored latte, Had to go back in line because it wasn't made right and was bitter. Now I had just bought 2 coffees, a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns and left a tip. I nicely explained what had happened and they would they give me a new one. The young lady who was at the window was not the best with customer service though. When I first came up and she saw me then I mentioned about the coffee I got a "tsk" When I asked if they could take the incorrect one back to toss she said no, can't take it back. But there is no receptacle outside. And then I get told "I don't know what to tell you" And rolled her eyes. I understand that it's morning and you're busy, but I've worked in retail and in coffee shops and this is not how you do it. This is a great Dunkin Donuts with great staff (Conner of Smith St. and Academy Ave. across from LaSalle) However, beware of coming here on a school day from like 2pm to 4pm...this shop is filled with mostly high school students; it's noisy and crazy and there is nowhere to sit unless you get there before the rush and secure a table. I come to this location with my daughter and father-in-law every Monday and Tuesday afternoon; we order sandwiches, hash browns, donuts, and crazy custom coffees (I'm VERY picky about my coffee- large iced latte with NO ICE, 4 sugars, an extra turbo-shot, then filled to the top with skim milk). I recently was employed at this Dunkin’ Donuts across from La Salle . Ive been there for about 3 months I requested a few day off due to family emergency . I spoke with the manager prior and told her when I get back I will be available for more hours. Today I spoke with the manager to figure out if I would be placed on the schedule. She simply told me she was taking me off the schedule permanently and firing me . Now I understand as a manger that your position.
