El Tablaso Restaurant(Olympic Pizza) — Restaurant in Providence

Earlier this evening we ordered two large pizzas from Olympic. One was a large cheese and one was a large Greek Special, light on the tomatos. Now, on the Olympic pizza menu, it clearly states that their Greek pizza comes with feta cheese, olives, spinach and tomatos. Well, after our pizza had been delivered, we came to realize that our Greek pizza had no spinach on it. So we politely called Olympic to explain the situation. We were even willing to drive to the restaurant ourselves to make a trade for the pizza we originally ordered and paid good money for. However, the woman at Olympic insisted that it was OUR mistake for not specifying that we had wanted the spinach. Why should we have to specify we wanted the spinach if it comes on the pizza? The woman hung up on us. We call back and ask again if there is any way we can get the pizza we actually wanted. This was our first time ordering from Olympic and we really wanted to try their Greek special-- with the spinach. But once again the woman said she would not make us a new pizza. It was clearly our mistake. The customer service at this establishment is horrendous. Do not order from Olympic pizza. Save your $40 and order from Domino's instead. If I had the option of giving them zero stars, I absolutely would have. Regardless of whether you feel you are right or wrong, the customer should always come first. The customers do not come first at Olympic pizza. I will not be investing any of my hard earned money at this...

From the call it was a bad experience! I called, talked to a guy about the sizes & ask about an all meat pizza? He passed me off to a woman who couldn't understand me (I only speak English). I was getting agitated, so I passed her off to my roommate. He told her multiple times what we wanted & what size, she didn't understand. We finally thought we'd gotten it right... we ordered 3 small pizzas: 2 with 4 meats, 1 being regular cheese & sauce & the other light cheese & extra sauce, the other pizza had pepperoni, peppers, & sausage.

We wrote our order down & my roommate goes there to pick them up, 2 are right & the other was extra sauce with regular cheese & no toppings! He called to tell me & the same woman INSISTED she was right & we were wrong! She said she would remake it for $7, I'm telling him no. She kept on & I was like take the other 2 & the bad one, but I'm not paying $7 for her mistake or my friends can get theirs & I'll go somewhere else it'll be made right the first time or they will take care of it with no issues. We finally agreed she would remake it for $4 more. He came back with the 3 correct ones & the mistake.

By that time I was so over it, I wanted to tell her where she could put the wrong one & her attitude. I will NEVER go there again! Not doing that. I don't care that she's not from here, I care that her English sucks. It shouldn't be that difficult to order pizza! & our requests weren't out of left field. Bad service can make good...

I grew up eating this pizza. Literally have been eating it since I can remember. It is and forever will be my first love. It has and forever will be a “Pizza My Heart” ♥️. The crust, the gooey cheese and the incredible staff that feels like family. I always pair up the yummy pizza with some classic wings and fries to complete what I call the Trifecta of Goodness. Whenever I’m down my frown turns upside down when I have this goodness and I appreciate my Asian homie who always makes the pizza perfectly. He is a master of his craft and funny story… when I was a kid. My mom’s car had gotten stuck at the warwick mall. It didn’t want to turn on.
