THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We wanted to have a great night but instead we had the worst service and time ever!! Our Waitress thought playing drinking cup games and vaping was more important than being attentive to her paying customers all night! (Mind you never washing her hands in between while serving food/drinks to people). We waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks all while watching her drink/vape/playing drinking cup games! I Thank god for my patience! We realized later that she was drunk on the job! Our waitress ignored our table and needs all night! When we wanted to speak to the manager it was just to find out she was vaping and drinking in front of her manager JULIE all night while knowing this server was on the job and we witnessed with our own eyes and her manager condoned this bad behavior and told us "sorry we are celebrating a work anniversary tonight" SMFH!! HOW ABOUT HAVE A WORK PARTY ON YOUR OWN TIME AND NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF UNKNOWING CUSTOMERS! The manager then got the owner and the owner was just as useless!! The owner condoned both the behaviors of the bad waitress and enabling manager! Owner had no solution to this terrible customer service! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I came here because I heard good things and love the location the bar is in. Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience here. First thing I walk in and Fox News is on the main TV Screen. I thought maybe someone personally requested but it just threw me off. I ordered a beer and when it was delivered I asked for a glass because it was given in a can. I waited for 20 minutes and then finally waved down the server who gave me a dirty glass. I requested another one and got a second dirty glass. At this point I just decided to drink the beer out of the can. My party ordered an app to start off. When the server came back after a few minutes we ordered our entrees. We specifically asked for the app to come out before the entrees. We waited and waited for almost 45 minutes until the server finally came over to confirm our entrée order, but still no app. She informed us that the app would be coming out at the same time as the entrée and apologized. The funny thing is that all we ordered were nachos as an app. And the place was pretty empty other than one big party. I was so pissed that I couldn't even enjoy my food. HORRIBLE!! !! Randomly stopped by this place this past weekend on the 27th of September and it was the worst experience ever !! First off we didn’t order any food ! And waited 45 minutes for two drinks and that was without ordering any food we didn’t even get a cup of water while waiting for our drinks either ! Our waitress decided that it was more important to drink on the job and vape than pay attention to her tables and paying customers ! This place thought that celebrating their 11th anniversary gave them a pass for terrible service ! The managers and owners did nothing to help the problem or situation! Like I mentioned before we randomly stopped by this place and will never return because of how bad they were and how bad we was treated for absolutely no reason ! Our waitress had blonde braids and really thought vaping and drinking on the job was more important that night than paying customers and didn’t even wash her hands in between .
