It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Providence

I decided to start paying the extra 29 cents and ordering direct from Chilies for the 20 piece wings. I'll pay the extra so I don't have to get fries. They are always cold, soggy and they absorb the little sauce that is in the container. They should sauce the wings properly and not make fries a required part of the order. Putting a comment in that you don't want the fries please don't include them in order does nothing. Its a shame because generally the wings are good. I'm not here to be 100 percent negative. The sauce flavors are great. The sauces just need to be applied properly and consistently. They also shouldn't let themselves be brought down by lousy fries execution and no fries...

You all know when you season wings with Cajun seasoning the actual wing changes color, right? I just got the coldest, most unseasoned wings I've ever had in my life. This was abysmal at best. They were cold - not just sat outside, cold (which did happen because the driver didn't ring the bell or call me) - cold as if they were yesterday's leftovers. The dusting that it did have looked like it happened by accident. That's how unflavored this chicken was. To be honest I feel like this was intentional that's how nasty this chicken was. I will literally let you keep my money if you let me show you how to season food. It's that, or refund me for that god-awful plate...

Hmm.. felt so deceived..it was not until after i ordered did i realize it was just Chili's masking as an independent wing spot..I tried to cancel. but door dash said they would only refund me for tip and delivery bc they already started the order...i ordered the lemon peppers and hot wings..lemon peppers were soooooo dry...overcooked..not a hint of flavor..not a hint of lemon or pepper..so dry i couldn't eat.... the hot wings held a little more flavor..but were soggy ..curly fries..were ok.. i cant get mad bc all fries delivered get soggy..anyways not worth the money. i did get a whole 6 dollars back for my complaint. but still not worth...
