A few months ago my friends and I were in Pawtucket and were desperate for coffee. Thinking we wouldn't find anything decent we were all surprised to find New Harvest coffee on Yelp.
This little coffee show/roaster is found in the artist mill and it is a bit challenging to find at first. (I also think if I lived nearby I might not go as frequently because it is a bit of a pain if you're in a rush to go into the mill).
All that aside, it is a great shop. Inside their spot in the mill you will find awesome merchandise and a glass window which if you come at the right time you'll get to see them roasting the beans. We all got iced coffees and raved about them. Delicious quality!! A small area with high top tables and chairs can be found in the hallway. It was great to talk with friends over coffee!
I've also noticed New Harvest coffee served in other local spots such as Seven Star Bakery!
Prices are great, quality is superb, I highly recommend it! Only giving 4 stars for not so...

It was very sweet & thoughtful and the tea + being in the A/C did help her feel better. The staff is always great to chat to as well - I’ve always felt very welcome whenever I go.
New Harvest’s retail coffee is also my favorite to brew at home. I keep going back to the La Voz, but any of their coffees, especially the light roasts, are delicious.
I also went to the barista basics class last summer and it was incredibly informative & helpful! I’d love to attend more classes sometimes. Lots of the cafes around here send their new employees to that class - it’s a good refresher for experienced baristas & a very educational intro...
Read moreUpdate; I’ve been regularly coming here like once or twice a week for a while now. The coffee is consistently done perfect and all the baristas definitely know how to make a good latte. Most other places in the area can’t. So cute. Huge ceilings. Fun little cafe set up. Plugs along the walls. There were a decent amount of people who seemed to be remote working in the cafe inside and at the patio seating outside. They have like “coffee classes” which I don’t know what it means even but they set it up all cute in there and you can see the giant coffee machine thing through windows on the sides of the cafe. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of seats and places to buy coffee making material for your own home as well. Air conditioning was at the perfect temp and my barista girl made my decaf mocha...
