The service needs improvement. The staff provide the customer experience and starting at the drive thru, as soon as I started speaking and asked questions the employee sounded blunt, annoyed, and angry. When I reached the window I was greeted by another shorter gentlemen who was smiling and happy and was kind enough to stop me from leaving because I almost forgot part of my order. This could've redeemed my experience at the drive thru. However, the darker complexion slimmer taller guy with the big hair looked at me with a mean face, (I hope a manager can hear and see this through a camera) Not sure what his problem was but it was only them two and this was definitely the guy taking my order through the speaker. I ate my food but didn't feel safe eating it because the thought of him spitting or mishandling my food out of misery crossed my mind. Not going back there again unfortunately. Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. On one visit the employee making my coffee forgot to add the blueberry flavoring that I requested. Instead of correcting the mistake, I was told that I did not request said flavoring. After informing the employee that I only came there because they offer the flavor, & that I remember ordering it, I was again rebuked. At this point I became rather annoyed and resorted to showing her the receipt that she made that included blueberry flavoring on it. I thought that maybe she was worried about me reporting this to her manager. But I than learned that she is the owner. I told her that humans make mistakes sometimes and that she isn't a robot. She still insisted that I was at fault. Just than another customer from the drive through parked and came in to ask for the rest of their order that she failed to give them. The owner spent so much energy denying her mistake that she failed another customer. That is just one visit. Read moreI came in the afternoon to get the Shaken Espresso. It was made so wrong, they added almond milk instead of oat milk. This mf added cold foam into my drink, which I didn’t ask for. Terrible customer service and they always be dragging. Like no good afternoon, it always “what are you getting”. I have the picture of my drink below and how suppose to look. Doing side by side. The worst part, they didn’t even mix my drink, you can see all the syrup in the bottom of my cups. I had to throw away my drink of how sweet it was.
