waited 10 minutes for coffee, wasnt in a rush, no big deal but only 3 other people here. used a new gift card that had $5 on it, I didn't pay attention to the price. Told i had to use a credit card instead because my order was $8. Lots of clicking on their screen, reinserting my credit card and gift card to use both. Now my gift card was empty after I swiped it and instead of rounding up to $10 for the tip, I was charged the full $10 on my CC and $5 on my gift card. Why someone who pours a coffee should even get a tip is beyond me. you arent a waiter bringing me 5 plates of food and refilling my coffee 5 times and cleaning my table before and after. Food has also been made correctly for the most part. Most employees greet me and say hi! Only dislike is being told from an employee to wait at least 5 minutes after placing a mobile order, when the app itself tells you the time. Once again, I don’t mind waiting but that’s rude and irrelevant when the app has been updated for better “time” estimates. Read moreI usually visit this Starbucks every other day and have noticed a big difference depending on whether management is present. When the manager is on duty, my drinks are always made correctly, the store is clean, and the overall experience is great. However, when there is no manager, the quality drops significantly. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to return to have my drink remade because it wasn’t made properly. It also took me 15 minutes to receive just two coffees during my last visit without management present, which is unacceptable for a quick-service coffee shop.
