Dunkin' — Restaurant in Proviso Township

This location is very hit or miss. You’ll get a different experience pretty much every time.

The drive thru is incredibly slow. Even when there’s only 2-3 cars in line, the service is extremely slow. There’s also no way to exit the line if they do not have what you want (talked more about below). I realize that pretty much every Dunkin’ in the area does this, but they don’t tell you your order total until you get to the window. I find it frustrating because I would like to know if I need to reload Dunkin’ app before getting to the window. If I have to wait until I get to the window to reload. I end up holding up the line a bit.

Every time I have gone to this location recently their card readers are broken. Most of the time they’ll accept app payments, but a couple times I have gone they have only accepted cash. It’s very frustrating especially when keeping long lines that you can’t get out of and wasted time in line into account.

They tend to be out of a lot of items. I usually chalk it up to its location being apart of commuter’s trips to work and that might make them run out of items faster, but it’s really unfortunate that you have to wait in the long drive thru line only to be told they’re out of everything you want.

Lastly, the workers always sound monotonous and miserable. It makes you wonder what the working conditions are. Sometimes they’re downright rude while other times they sound...

It was horrible there all the workers are rude the manager is never there the establishment is very nasty the floors behind the counter is so disgusting I don’t know when the last time they have cleaned the place the bathrooms never have tissue in the compartment I been there 3 times so far and they yet to get my order correct they had an young lady working there when I went she took my order for the frist time and make my drink and it was great I went back the other day looking for her to make my drink and she wasn’t there unfortunately they let her go because she was black and they were all Mexican Latinas I found it very wrong that they let go the only black girl in the store they were also saying bad words just for fun the young girl in there they works front counter goes to the bathroom for 10 minutes to smoke a vape I know because she has told me and I smelt smoke when I went in the bathroom behind her this establishment is very off and needs to be talk too they have Mexicans in there from across the border that has no green card and needs to be...

I am very disappointed with the Dunkin Donuts in Westchester IL. this is the address 11204 31st St, Westchester, IL 60154. They are all rude to their customers even the manager!! Every time I go there I NEVER get a receipt or a thank you!! I was there the other day and order a hot sandwich and I bit into it and it was cold so I threw it out and waste my money!! I called the manager of the Westchester location…and it took forever to get her on the phone and the girl who answered the phone was nasty to me as well. The manager said sorry and gave me a credit now I went in there today and got my credit and I got the sandwich and it still wasn’t hot it was way too warm almost cold.
