Employee got order wrong even tho i clearly spoke it out for her at the speaker. Then i get to the window To pay and she repeats the order wrong. I correct her and tell her i wanted my whole order made fresh and she âalteredâ my order. I thought she got it correct so i paid $7.20 off my credit card. And when i got to pick up my food, i repeated my order to her the manager on site and she still had my order wrong. So i told her that i previously had gotten an order wrong, i donât understand how they get orders wrong if i told them more than once no onions and they take off pickles. So unpon wait another 13mins for some more food that shouldnât have been made over the Manager decided to get upset and throw her hands after i told her that they got my order wrong for another day. So unpon me seeing that i told her that it was unprofessional and that the customer is always right in this type of deal. I asked for my money back and she folded my receipt and gave me the incorrect amount of money back she only gave me $6.75 back. . Upon me finding out that i got the incorrect amount she called the cops because i asked for my money that she kept from me. After dealing with the police i tried to get the money back the one Mexican was in the back she claims she was the manager. But donât recall meeting me tonight. So i told her let me speak to who in charge she started to speak in Spanish wish i do understand. She was belittling me and saying this why i donât deal with these people. Iâm highly and i will be posting this on the BBB WEBSITE. All i wanted was my food from McDonaldâs. Iâm highly upset and feel ashamed. Itâs was 3am and no other place was open i was just trying to get some food. . How am i wrong because yâall got my order wrong and she came to the windows acting like she know the person got it wrong and even the thing she took off isnât what i even said. So please train your workers on how to listen better and read lips. How you take pickles off and i clearly say no onion! Pickle and onion two different things.    Read moreCame to the drive thru after placing an online order. When asked if I ordered online I said yes and provided my online pickup order number and was told to pull up to the second window. When I got to the second window I was told to come back to the window in 5 minutes. She also mentioned something about not being able to come outside. So, I park and wait 5 minutes before pulling back around. While Iâm waiting, I see them bring food out to a car waiting by the front door. So of course Iâm a bit surprised since I was told they could not bring my food out to me after not having it ready and making me wait 5 minutes. I also see 2 other cars get served after ordering at the speaker while I wait. Upon pulling back around I discover that my order still isnât ready as she thought I was a DoorDash driver even though I told her my pick up number when I arrived 8 minutes ago. Itâs 8 minutes because there were 2 cars in front of me now when I pulled back around, smdh. So Iâm told itâll be another 6 mins because they now have to cook my food that I ordered almost 30 mins ago. Needless to say Iâm not happy with the service or the late night manager. I will say I usually donât have many issues with this location. However, tonight they definitely dropped the ball. They did give me a pie for the wait.
