08/18/25 @ 7:00 p.m. I ordered a number 6a large with a root deer, two number 5a's medium with a sprite and a carmel frappe in drive thru. I repeated my order at the drive thru speaker several times before driving to the window. The young man finally got my order correct while at the window. I paid and drove up to the next window to pick up the food. The food was passed to me first. I checked the bags. I received one large fry and two mediumsl fries. Two snack wraps (6a) and 8 crispy tenders.(5a's) EVERYTHING was correct.. I received my drinks. The root beer was medium which was suppose to be a large. I made the manager lady aware. She said I paid for medium meals and walked off to complete order orders. I waited a minute before blowing my horn. The lady making drinks stepped over the window. I explained my situation stated above and handed her my receipt.The suppose to be manager lady came to the window and told me I didn't pay for a large meal. I repeated my order to her and pulled out the LARGE fry. I asked her; if I didnt order a large meal why did I received a large fry? I asked for my money back and passed the meals and drinks back. I paid with a debit card, but insisted on getting my money back in cash because it will take a day or two to receive the money back on my card. The manager told me they don't have cash. The drive thru line around the corner at this time. I waited 7 minutes or more before she finally came up with cash to refund me. The young man came to front drive to see what was the hold up. The manger lady alone with the young man standing at the window. I asked the young man what did I order? He responded 3 meals. I asked him what size:? he responded one large and two medium meals. He said i will make it. The manager lady rolled her eyes pushed the young man back from the window. She said I'm sorry and closed the window. She is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't allow her to manage cleaning up dog poop. I went to the McDonald's in Lagrange on Odgen placed the same order. The total bill was the same for both McDonald's, but she said i didnt order a large meal. I have both receipts. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow and mailing a letter attaching the...

I have been going to this McDonald's probably for the last 10 to 15 years, recently there's been two unexpected rudeness incidence shared within the last 3 months at this McDonald's, yesterday January 31st in the morning, I made a order on the app that never showed up okay I understand technical issue!! I explained to the woman in the morning that I ordered online she was totally rude!! And she had this totally mean look on her face like I was bothering her!! Along with a horrible attitude and rudeness beyond belief!! and you know you never know what's going on in somebody's life! I'll explain!!! I wanted to grab a fast coffee before going to the funeral parlor to make arrangements for my mother who passed away on the 30th of January!!! Nobody needs to be treated this way no matter what's going on in your life!!! After all of these years of going there I will never ever go in that place again to be insulted on the most horrible day of my life!!! losing my mother!!! I would have gladly paid for the coffee however after being treated like that who wants to even be in an establishment like that!!! Unfortunately, it has become evident to me, and others, if you read the comments, that there is a concerning pattern of discrimination towards African American customers. This McDonald's Restaurant was once respected for its professional staff and cleanliness. The previous employees were very kind. However, the current environment reflects these values poorly.
The food preparation and presentation are subpar, to say the least. Not only is the preparation questionable, but it also lacks visual appeal, indicating a significant drop in quality control.
