Disappointment after hard days work terrible hard earned money wasted on slice factory I knew off the bat it would suck ordered a slice and mozzarella sticks I specifically told the server make all my food fresh please I knew his customer server wasn't good because after I paid him he didn't even give me a receipt I had to ask for one then he tells me to pull my car forward to the stop sign and I was the only person in the drive thru people nowadays wow then I get home the food sucked cold sausage burnt on the pizza was not fresh mozzarella sticks suck too never again will I ever spend my money here I told the guy if the food sucks I would definitely be reaching back out that's why I got my receipt the servers name on receipt Jessie G needs retraining Never again will I spend a dime or recommend...

I really appreciate that they have a drive-thru—super convenient! The staff is generally friendly and helpful. That said, for the price, I do think they could be a bit more generous with the meat and cheese on the pizzas. The salads also feel a little light on lettuce for what they cost ( The Melrose location gives more with two salad dressings instead of one). I've also had a few small mix-ups with my orders, so it’s a good idea to double-check before you leave. I wanted something quick while on my way home from the airport so I stopped by Slice Factory. I was immediately greeted at the drive thru. I ordered a jumbo slice and was given the option of having it cut in half or into pieces. (This was great because I never eat the whole thing in one sitting and I always end up cutting it). I also ordered a side salad when I got to the window. The young man was so friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the great customer service. I received my order in a timely manner and it was hot and delicious. I plan to return to try other items...
