Great place and happy to see them in the Western suburbs since leaving the West Loop. But here is the reason for the 2 star rating in the service category. I ordered 2 sandwiches with chips. I asked for a bag and was told I couldn't get one without ordering 3 or more sandwiches. What in the Hell? Doesn't make sense. What if I had made it a meal? Would I have had to carry 2 boxes and 2 drinks in my hand. What about people with unnoticed disabilities. And how much does it cost per bag? Couldn't they add 10 cents to the bill or make available for a $1 upcharge? I want to start patronizing this new location, but today, when nothing in this country makes sense anymore... why would you risk what could be a repeat customer for a bag that costs 10 cents? What if I was walking? A bag isn't a luxury; it is a utilitarian object. PEOPLE NEED THEM FOR MANY REASONS. Give them to your patrons or do the capitalist thing and charge them for it!
