The pizza was bad for the 1st time. I order there on the regular. I had guests over and they had never taste pineapple on pizza. I love it but this pizza was baked too hard, dark crust. And the turkey sausage was not ground turkey but turkey squares. It was old pieces and burnt. I was busy that week. I call days later to complain the manager on that Saturday night told me he wouldn't replacee the pizza. I told him that's not why I was calling. He was going to replace the chicken fingers. He said I should have called the very same night. We ate the pizza. He was very rude. And I told him.. I didn't spend 50 dollars to be insulted. He repeated he was replacing the pizza. I told him I didn't want a pizza. I wanted to let him know of the bad pizza to be sure it doesn't happen again. I am a regular customer never spending less than 30 dollars each time. I was disappointed in his rude speech to me. I will have to find another pizza place along with my friends. Would u order from...
Read moreI spoke to the owner here and he seems like a very nice guy. I'm used to the Beggers on Clinton and Oaklawn. Took the pie home but had to call the next day. Got some girl that said the owner wasn't there and I would have to call later (hung up). Never asked if she could take a message. A month later, I called and spoke to his manager to complain about the lack of flavor because of the lack of sauce. I asked if he could make sure there was enough sauce. He said he was going to charge me similarly to an extra ingredient. I said really? I told him I would rather drive the extra 10+ miles, pay tolls AND parking to get one on Clinton. He didn't seem to care. I'm driving FROM PALATINE, IL!! To the owner, you seem like a nice guy but your staff stinks. Your money and business will hurt because of your employees. Too bad I'll never go back because of the chance that my food will be tainted because...
