Poor Boy — Restaurant in Proviso Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant cashier is so difficult they push items on you YOUR NOT ASKING FOR. I wanted a regular chicken salad add feta he kept saying u can get Greek salad with feta but also other items I am allergic to I told him that he says oh we can just not put that in, OK if u can’t just not put it in and u have to make all the salads why can’t I get the salad I’m asking for their pushing higher items on you. Don’t listen to u talks over you I never believed in customers always right but customers don’t even have a right or SAY SO I believe it’s too just black people I would NOT recommend nor spend my time or money again on this RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL...

I ordered a meal I called that same night at 1030 and someone at the restaurant and someone took my name and told me to come and get a replacement meal for the inconvenience when i returned the very next day to get my food i was told by the morning crew that the policy was to bring the food back in which wasnt told to me. And they refused to replace my food instead they offer 10% off which is an insult for a $23 bill. I dont see no signs posted showing this policy no where on the doors. Plus you want someone to bring back there food after being at work and its covid 19 in the world just so you can see the mistake...

The guys in this place are always pleasant and cool. Food is consistent and way above average. Good portion size for an amazing price. Large menu and ALWAYS have all options on hand. The only thing is the wait time after you call in an order can improve. Seems as if they may have had call-ins and people not come in to get the order (which means possible lost! Just a speculation) I think they may start your order after you get there to the restaurant.
