UPDATED* I wanted to come on here and say how much I appreciate Wilson’s and their effort. I had some struggles with my ring (see below) and Wilson’s has gone above and beyond to make it right. They have been working with me personally, have apologized, and I truly believe having a stone fall out within 6 months is not the normal for them. They have shown better customer service than any other company I have ever worked with! They helped me make changes to my ring to feel more confident in my ring and to improve its structural integrity. Even with the unfortunate experience with my ring at first I recommend Wilson’s more than I did before! They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction in the rings. If you want a family company who actually cares about you and your ring, Wilson’s is the place to go!

Sydney was so extremely sweet and helpful! We had no clue what we were doing or even an idea of what we wanted when we walked in and she talked us through everything. She was very attentive as well and noticed things about what I was liking that I hadn’t even noticed. Definitely recommend!!

UPDATE The center stone on my ring fell out within less than 6 months of having my ring, which should not happen. I am extremely careful with my ring. I take it off when I shower, sleep, do laundry, dishes, workout, play sports, etc. and when I take it off I always put it in a safe spot. Thankfully I found the diamond. When I went to get it fixed and try to figure out why this happened they said, “the metal on the ring just isn’t very strong” and “you need to be more careful”. The only way to be more careful would be to not wear my ring. They did fix my ring but I don’t trust if it is structurally secure. For a $1500 ring we expected it to last longer than 5 months structurally. They did clean my ring when they fixed it though...

I found Wilson Diamonds on TikTok and reached out about getting a custom engagement ring made and was connected to Tyson. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I spent a good 4 months designing and changing things and had multiple wax models made because I couldn’t make up my mind and he was so helpful the whole time. I couldn’t decide on a diamond and Tyson sent so many options and photos and videos of all the diamonds to help me decide. I never felt like I was a bother or being annoying which made the process so much better because I didn’t really know what I wanted going into it so I was making a lot of changes and felt like I was asking too much. They quickly made the changes to the CAD of my ring and sent them back to me very quickly so I didn’t have to wait long between telling him what I wanted changed and seeing the changes made on the CAD. The wax models were so helpful for me to visualize the ring and know what I liked. I couldn’t find many examples of what I wanted online so I was having to describe a lot of it with words and marked up photos and Tyson was able to take my feedback and translate it perfectly into what I wanted. Tyson was so nice and so helpful throughout the whole process and it truly made the process of designing the ring enjoyable instead of stressful. We just received the ring and my boyfriend said it looks amazing. I won’t see the final product until he proposes but he said he loved it and was stunned by how beautiful it turned out. I have been absolutely blown away by Wilson Diamond!! My husband purchased my wedding ring here 2 1/2 years ago and I LOVED IT! It was a very delicate band with an oval halo. I continued to take it in every 6 months to get the stones checked per our warranty. A couple years later we moved away to California and I took it into a Jeweler who was a member of the American Gem Society for a check up. The Jeweler told me that the halo had been tilted and it would be very expensive to repair. Well… I decided to call Wilson Diamond. I spoke to Kim who was VERY helpful. She explained that the tightening of the diamonds would be covered under my warranty and they would have to get estimates on how much it would cost to repair everything else. So, I decided to ship it in and just get an estimate. To my complete SHOCK Rachel the customer service rep called me and SHE WAS INCREDIBLE!! She told me they wanted to re-make my ring and make modifications to the new ring, making it stronger and more durable. The offered to do it only at the cost of the additional gold it would take to make the modifications. I was very surprised! That was completely outside of my warranty and not their responsibility at all! But they did it! The whole process of re-making my ring was very smooth.
