Super Chix - Chicken & Custard — Restaurant in Provo

I’m so excited that Super Chix has finally made its way to Provo! The location is perfect—easy to get to and a great spot for both college students and families to hang out. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, and it feels like the kind of place you want to spend time in, not just grab food and leave.

One thing I really appreciated was how the employees seemed genuinely happy to be working there. You could tell they were working hard, but also enjoying themselves. The vibe was friendly and relaxed. A guy who looked like the floor manager even came by to make sure we had drinks—little touches like that go a long way!

We came in with a larger group, and I was impressed with how quickly the food came out. Portions were generous, everything was cooked perfectly, and the sauce counter was spotless—someone was constantly wiping it down to keep it clean, which I appreciated. Bathrooms are super clean and well-lit.

I’m thrilled to have this new franchise in town and definitely plan to bring my family often. Also, I could see this being a great entry-level job for high schoolers—the team environment looks positive and fun.

I came here on their grand opening not knowing it was just for friends and family, but the owner was so sweet and let me come in and eat anyways. And i am so glad i did. I’ve been here another 2 times since just to check consistency before writing a review. And every time is just as good as the last. The staff are so well trained and everything is always so clean, especially the sauce station (this matters to me because most places end up letting the counter get all sticky.) but to shorten up the review we have not had anything we don’t like. I absolutely love their grilled chicken whether it be tenders or in a salad. And don’t let the size of the salad deter you. The box may look small but it is PACKED, i was a little disappointed until i realized i got a never ending salad. My husband loves their bacon avocado sandwich, it’s massive with juicy chicken and super soft buns. My daughter loves their frozen custard and grilled chicken tenders. My absolute shocker is their fresh fries. I usually hate fresh cut fries because they always end up like in n out. Absolutely blown away by the pre-opening experience at Super Chix! I had the chance to try their bacon avocado chicken sandwich, and it was nothing short of heavenly. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, with the crispy bacon and creamy avocado taking it to the next level. Every bite felt fresh and flavorful.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, even though they were just gearing up for opening. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer experience. The vibe of the place is clean, modern, and inviting – the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to with friends or family.

If this is how good the food is before the official launch, I can only imagine how amazing it’s going to be once they’re fully up and running. I can confidently say Super Chix is going to give other chicken spots some serious competition. Highly recommend checking them out...
