Subway — Restaurant in Pueblo

I asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad. I was asked what veggies first, I obviously asked for lettuce and wasn't given enough for everything else that ended up going on it. I asked for tomatoes and she put 5 slices and I said that's way too much and she only took 1 off. I asked for onion and it was perfect amount for me( I really like onion and it was plenty). I also asked for a pinch of green pepper and she grabbed handful, I tried to say too much and she once again took off 1 piece. By this point I was very irritated. Then we moved onto cheese, which is where I really had issues. I have a medical condition and doctors have said I can have it but very small amount (specifically less than 1 cup per week) and she put a handful after I explained about medical issue and had asked for a pinch! Then it came to the meat and she put what would go on a double meat footlong, which I never asked for that much! All in all by the time I was able to actually eat the salad after removing what excess I could I barely had half of what I started with. Very disappointing after working for a loves subway myself in the past. I was always told start small and if they ask for more give them more. Rule of thumb was you can always add extra, but it's hard to remove if you put too much! Sad to say I was still hungry after finishing! Welp. This is a bad subway. In the buckets, the veggies were squashed and IT DID NOT LOOK FRESH! The lady that was making us the sandwich, she kept asking the same question because she did not pay attention, so she would ask and then ask again and again. We were trying to give her our order and she was chatting with everyone. Didn’t really pay us much attention. Bad customer Service. She was touching everything everywhere, including her pants and she did not change her gloves. It was hard giving just a simple order of give me this and that On my sandwich when she kept chatting while I’m trying to tell her I want tomatoes. The place looked kinda dirty and seems like the other coworkers kept talking to her, it was noticeable that they did not care about their customers! which I think it was disrespectful. Some boy from the chicken area was coming and going distracting miss Tiffany! The food wasn’t that tasty. I love subway, but this one is not...

I drive a truck and this place by far was my worst experience I've had at a Subway. The woman taking mine and the wife's order put the wrong stuff on our sandwiches. Then got and attitude when we told her about it. Asked about cookies because case was empty. Was told what u see is what we got with a crappy attitude. So this Subway just made our list of do not stop restaurants. Oh and I had the meat on our sandwiches heated before putting it on the bread and they still didn't get it hot.
