Employee's are rude and immature very unprofessional and the really sad thing is is the one that was the most unprofessional one was there so called manager. I dont have a car at the moment and had just gotten off work n was staying at a nearby hotel. The only thing in the area that is open at this time of night is the McDonald's a couple streets away. I walked to this McDonald's in the cold weather hoping to get some food being very very hungry at the moment! The lobby was not opened it was lock! So i walked aroud to the first window and politely ask the lady for a order of 20pc. Chicken Nuggets and a small order of fries!(mind you i had my money in my right hand in plain sight). The lady said she wasn't sure if she could take my order because i wasnt in a car. She then left and grabbed the manager who approched the window, looked at me, and shock his head and and rudely said "NO" and slammed the window in my face locked it and walked away with a smirk on his face. Feeling discriminated against due to the fact that i unfortunately at the time dont have a car, making it seem as if im not a paying customer or even a person at all to them. Now i can understand that they could have been just doing there job and following what they have been instructed to do in that situation at hand. When i was walking around to the front of the building there i seen the so called manager telling his employees what had just happened laughing and then looking right at me pointing his finger at me as well, honestly acting very childish it was unbelievable and rude beyond belief. When i called the store phone he answered and in then explained how that what i seen wad rude and unprofessional. He then started to raise his voice and never explained once the reason of his actions tooken. I then asked for the managers name which he was the one of the phone too. He then begin to tell le good luck with that and see how that works for you? I was shocked working in the restaurant industry myself. Read moreHorrible service. Waited 15 minutes and still never received our meal. All the staff did was wait on people in the drive thru. Asked to speak to a supervisor three times. The female employee at the coffee machine did was wait on the drive up. No supervisor ever came to see what we wanted. A new employee placed the French fries in a bag although we told her that we were going to eat in. French fries stood in the bag 15 minutes and not under the warmer. Waited and waited, a male Mexican employee came behind the counter and argued with another employee then got the order that sat on the counter for over 15 minutes and proceeded to give it to us. We asked him to speak to a manager. He said, "I'm the manager." I told him that we asked to speak to a Manger three times, no manager came or was called. I told him that I wanted a refund because our order sat on the counter for over 15 minutes. He said: "you want refund?" Walked over to the register, got my refund and said, "sign this!" Then he walked away. Sign with what, my finger??? Got, out to my car and there were 4 cars in the drive up. Oh no... Let's not make them wait, just the customers who stand in the lobby for over 15 minutes, watching all the drive up customers being served. Mr. NAPIER, you need to pay your McDonald's a surprise visit and see how horrible customers are being treated!!!!!!! There is NO EXCUSE.... Your male manager was outside, your female maanger on the French fries and customers are walking. I will boycott McDonald's and go elsewhere, the way I did tonight. Time of visit: 8:16pm..... I highly suggest that you pull the refund ticket and the surveillance tape and you will see with your own eyes OUR EXPERIENCE!!!!! YOUR STAFF IS GOING TO SAY, WE WERE WAITING ON THE FRENCH FRIES, THE WAY THAT THEY TRIED TO TELL US. FRENCH FRIES DO NOT TAKE 15 MINUTES TO COOK. Read moreI ordered some food for myself and my mother after an appointment we ordered a cheeseburger with cheese onion pickle tomato lettuce ketchup mustard and mayonnaise my mother order a quarter pounder with no pickle and large fries we also both order a medium chocolate milk shake my mother ordered hers with no whipped cream since she can't eat it when we got our order we both got out fries however I had no cheese no onion no pickle no tomato no ketchup and no mustard all that was on it was mayonnaise and lettuce my mother ended up with filet-o-fish which she couldn't eat due to a fish allergy and they also put my shake in a size small and filled it halfway with the mint ingredient for the Shamrock shake I am allergic to mint and cannot have it so we went back inside to correct the issue when we did the employee who helped me argued with me that I actually had a large size and medium shake which I did not and when I asked about them putting mint in my chocolate shake all she did was explain that it was mint which yeah I already knew that when I asked why it was in my chocolate shake she refused to give me an answer and would not replace it we ended up having to scrape the whipped cream off of it and I switched with my mother she did not enjoy the taste of the mint mixed with chocolate when we got our new food they let us keep the previous hamburger and gave us some cookies as an apology which was nice however upon further inspection we found that my order was still wrong the only difference was they added tomato to it there was still no cheese or ketchup or mustard or onion or pickle it was just a hamburger with tomato lettuce and Mayo I usually enjoy coming here for a quick meal and haven't had many problems in the past however tonight was different and it was quite irritating going in for a meal only for it to be wrong and have to go ask them to fix it only to find its wrong again just with some extra stuff I...
