We have visited trampoline parks in different states, and this is our favorite one, by far! My kids are currently 11, 9, and 6, and they enjoy everything here. There are plenty of trampolines for just bouncing around and doing tricks, ones with basketball hoops, a tower to jump off of into foam, next to a small trampoline to jump off of, the dodge ball area, another tower to jump off of and onto an inflatable cushion, an obstacle course, and, the thing that sets them apart from other parks, a ginormous indoor, 3-level park with slides and TUBES and all sorts of things to climb on and in! There are several couches and tables to chill/eat on, and a bar-height counter to sit at that overlooks some of the trampolines, complete with outlets to charge your things. The place is always clean, especially considering how many people flow through. We have never used the concessions, and I love that we can bring our own food and drinks so I don't have to pay the steep concession prices. Look into their monthly membership, which is a steal! Overall, this is a great place to spend several hours at in Pueblo.

Original review, summer 2021. Lots of fun and not a bad price. To the owner: Cleanliness is definitely an issue. We usually arrive right when the facility opens and I always see upswept floors, unwiped/sticky surfaces, trash on the trampolines, and overflowing trash cans. You have a great facility - please work to keep it clean! Update July 2022 - I'm very disappointed with the continued poor maintenance of this facility. Lots of trampolines are ripped and broken. Neither of the sinks in the men's bathroom worked. Only one of the sinks in the women's bathroom worked. Trash is everywhere. Leaks are solved with buckets. Cleanliness is a persistent problem, but my concerns are shifting to safety issues as this place deteriorates. See the pictures attached. I didn't try the food but certainly proceed at your own risk.

My mom took my kids here. I asked her to get a membership I told her it would be roughly $40. She asked the employee about a $40 membership, she didn’t know the pricing. He said we don’t have that membership. She was under the impression that there were no memberships because he didn’t go any further. He gave her the regular pricing, So she paid regular price. He didn’t give her any options or tell her what memberships they offered. I went to see if they could convert what was paid into a monthly membership and the GM Kourtney Fair said there is no way that an employee would have said that. She is saying we lied. And then said I could email her with my concerns. She already knows my concerns and did nothing. We love altitude and have been going for years, the GM does not care about their customers.

Tell me how you can charge 20 for two hour jumps and still charge the same price only to decrease the jump time to an hour? On top of that you lowered the capacity of people to be in the building making it impossible for everyone to get in for a jump session. You also removed online reservation and are now making people do them in person.... however the last two times we went you rudely told us there were no open spots for the rest of the day AND failed to mention we were able to make reservations to jump another day. Your employee instead told us they have people lined at the door an hour before y’all open and we’d have to be here in person to req jump time for that day. So we showed up an hour early waiting only to be told everyone else who was there had reservations to jump so we’d have to wait our turn! Why was this not told to us the last two times we showed up to req a jump? Are all your employees lacking in receiving these newly updated policies y’all have? Or is it a favoritism thing with y’all? Either way all of the employees at this location never know the basics of their jobs. Half the time you go in your spotters are on their phones not even paying attention to the jumpers while your cashiers are giving false info and failing to assist your paying customers. So if y’all like to pay outrages prices and enjoy dealing with half minded people and don’t mind leaving your children in the hands of other children this would definitely be the...

Editing my previous review. last weekend We booked a VIP party. When we arrived the staff was debating in front of us over who our party host was. After no one else would take our party a young man said he would be our host. The room was set up great but we were supposed to get 1 large pizza and a 2 liter of soda/5 kids plus an icee, arcade cards, socks per kid. We only received 2 pizzas, 2 two liters of soda. I had to ask for my other 5 icees, I had to ask for socks for birthday kid, I had to ask twice for the cake and ice cream because he forgot. worst of all we didn’t get our game cards until 6:20pm when our party ended at 6:30pm and most of the party had already left so most the kids didn’t get one. The whole point is for them to be able to use it while they are there. The total ended up being $40*15 jumpers plus tax and 15% suggested tip. Almost $700 even with a $75 coupon. I left a physical review after my fiancé paid. I left a review with the business when they sent me a follow up email almost a week ago and have yet to hear from them so they don’t care. They suggest an over $80 tip which my fiancé so graciously paid, against my wishes to argue over who was going to host us, then do a mediocre job, and not even give us what we paid for. Had they even attempted to acknowledge their mistakes and apologized I wouldn’t have made this long review but they clearly just care about taking your money and...

Last week I had a post on here that was not pleasant, because of our experience we had. But I decided to delete it, because Raquel (Head Manager), decided to call us to see what happened and get the details to fix it. To be honest I really did not think that anyone was going to call us back. However, once I spoke to Raquel, I explained everything. She apologized, was extremely nice, and told me how she was going to handle the situation. I was not expecting anything nor trying to be one of those customers that just was irate, period. I just wanted to let the boss know, there is an opportunity to coach the employees that need it. I really want the employees to work as a team, have integrity, and do there best on customer service. I understand that most of the employees are young, and do not have much or at all any job experience, but this place is GREAT for Pueblo. I do not want it to start off with a bad reputation and have it shut down like some attractions previously. The point is, she heard me out, was empathetic, and is doing her job. Now my perspective has changed for the better. Management here has changed recently, and Raquel is trying to do her best to turn the negativity around, and stop having the bad experiences slip through the cracks. This shows me that she is taking ownership and wants us to come back to have a better experience; which we will. Thank you Raquel for calling us back to...
