Our family dined in and at the first greeting from Alex (female), she gave us the impression that our service was going to be good. False introduction, our table was ignored when the Spanish speaking people at the next table came in. One of our family members asked for his drink, twice. We asked for the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks which was brought after the sticks were ate. When our family member asked twice for the rice that was supposed to come with his dinner, Alex stated, “I’m too busy!” with an attitude. She finally brought the rice that was cold. Every time we reminded her of what we didn’t receive, she would say, “I’ll be right back.” Leaving our table and stopping to talk to the Spanish speaking family at length then she forgot what was supposed to come with our dinner to begin with and numerous requests. Our family is fluent in Spanish and Italian, we heard the conversation and it appeared that she was waiting on someone that she knew. She offered one drink refill when we we’re almost ready to leave. Never offered dessert, why would she… she was too busy visiting the Spanish speaking people! She gave us Horrible Service and we still gave her a tip! I stopped and spoke to the General Manager, Shelby who assured us that she was going to take care of us and requested our email address; that was 5 days ago. Customer service begins with management and this is probably why Alex doesn’t care to treat all customers equally!!! Know that when you dine here and Alex (female) waitress waits on you; expect the same treatment from her and management because they don’t care about the customer!!!!
Red Lobster owner, your GM had 5 days to correct this as she stated. Your investigation needs to begin with her and the horrible waitress. Your GM has my email address.
Update: the owner asked me to file this complaint on Facebook with a complaint number!!!!! Goes to show you that the owner of the only Pueblo restaurant doesn’t care about the customers or their Pueblo store!!! Hell with you, I will tell everyone I know about the horrible experience that our family had with your staff!!! Owner is just as WORTHLESS asking me to post it on...
Read moreRed Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants here in Pueblo. This is where we celebrate birthday/anniversary. My family and I had dinner tonight and we were very disappointed with the service. Our server was nice when she seated us. She got our drinks order and appetizer. She brought us our drinks and then we ordered our meals after. We asked for biscuits and she said she was going to get it for us. Another lady brought us our appetizer after few minutes and we reminded her that our server hasn’t brought our biscuits yet. Our server brought us our salads and she forgot to bring us the extra dressing which she wrote down when we asked her for it, and we didn’t get a chance to let her know because she just left after dropping the salads. It took a very long time for her to come back and check on us. When she came to check, we told her that the frozen strawberry margarita had many large chunks of ice at the bottom which it wasn’t blended well and you can actually see it in the glass (wish I should’ve taken a photo for proof 😔) , and her response was, “I was watching the bartender when he made it.” So we told her that we didn’t like it, we didn’t want it, and she can take it back and it didn’t taste like it has alcohol in it. One of the sides of my dad was in my husband’s plate. I think they should be more careful with the sides especially when the people that are eating together are people who can’t share food. Also we had one empty and one near empty glass of water when the food was dropped and since we didn’t see her again for a long time it took until near the end of our meal to get a refill.
The great thing is that the steak was cooked exactly how we wanted it! 👍🏼👍🏼 Shrimp and the fish n chips tasted good too! So 2 stars ⭐️⭐️ for the cook!! When we got our check, she forgot to take the margarita off of our ticket (the one we just tasted with few sips and returned.) We had to wait for her for a VERY long time. I just wish Red Lobster will refocus on the service they’re giving. We are really good tippers(20-25%) as long as you make a decent effort. We’ll still come back and hope it will be a...
Read moreWent on Mother’s Day with family visiting. This used to be my husband’s and my go to spot for date nights or lunch; however, we tried it last year and were disappointed. So we haven’t come back until Mother’s Day. It was worse than the last time we visited and were disappointed. Our server rarely checked on us and when she did whatever we needed took even longer to get back to us. We waited a very long time to receive our food. My husband ordered the salmon which he couldn’t even eat because the sauce wasn’t a buttery sauce but a thick heavy sauce and the salmon was mushy. Our other guests ordered different meals and were disappointed. The fish and chips were soggy that the newspaper under it was melted to the fish they had to keep peeling the paper off. One ordered crab legs and was served on a tiny plate she had to use her bread plate for the shells of the crab. Which tells you how well our waitress checked on us. One of my favorite meals is the coconut shrimp and the shrimp linguini. I was excited when I saw I could pick both as a meal. The linguini tasted like butter noodles with no cheese flavor. The quality of food has really went downhill. The biscuits were good. But we would have liked more but our waitress didn’t keep up. I’m not one to complain, I’ve worked in food and I understand what it takes especially on a busy day. But this felt like no one was trying. And our waitress didn’t apologize for our food coming out after a seriously long wait. She didn’t care it seemed like. We ordered dessert and then our guest wanted to try something since it was Mother’s Day. Our waitress took forever to come back to take their dessert order. We were finished and they felt rushed to eat their chocolate cake. I can tell you we will never come back. One of our guests with us, this was their first time, and we talked it up but the experience let everyone down they said they’ll never try again. For the price I feel you should get quality service and food. Or at least one. But we received neither. Sad this place used to be delicious and our go to for date nights but...
