Golden Corral Buffet & Grill — Restaurant in Pueblo

Well I had just travel from Denver to Pueblo spent most of the morning an afternoon at doctor's appointments where's my Dad decided to stop and eat before we headed back to Denver my dad couldn't even finish his whole meal because he got sick pretty quickly after eating the melted cheese they have for the broccoli we had let the lady know that was our waitress she had went and told somebody in the back then went to a table was there was three supervisors or managers whatever you want to call the lady she spoke with just had this attitude on her face then the way just went by the soup section and got a little bowl look like she was going to get the cheese to taste it I guess we are supposedly lying I don't know no reason why we would lie about something when we're just trying to enjoy our meal and head back home but she just had said to us have a great day and that was that not to mention I didn't even tell her anything that when I went to the salad bar to get me salad that there was no fresh salad there it was pretty much empty the last little bit with soaking in water the mushrooms were dark dark brown watery and slimy but if they want to serve their food like that that's how they want to put themselves out there that's fine I will never go back there again they shared no sympathy or care in the world we didn't expect a refund or anything but just to show that that was something they weren't going to allow I should be put on there for for customers to eat but they didn't I think we were better off stopping to get Taco Bell or McDonald's I will never go back there again if if you are expecting to get fresh food and a fresh salad go to Olive Garden you will have nothing but...

I would like to express my serious concern regarding an incident I witnesses during my visit to the Golden Corral in Pueblo, CO today. While dining, I observed a couple quietly enjoying their breakfast when a cashier named ANGELINA approached them and told the older gentleman that his wife needed to pay separately for her coffee. The guy explained that it was his coffee and he simply gave it to his wife instead of drinking it himself. Rather than handling the situation calmly and respectfully, the staff escalated it unnecessarily. The manager then became involved and treated the couple as though they were stealing. Shockingly, the manager even threatened to call the police on them over this matter. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, humiliating for the couple, and very uncomfortable for other guest, including myself, to witness. This entire situation was about ONE ...ONE cup of coffee, yet the customers were treated with suspicion and disrespect. As a paying guest, witnessing such poor treatment left me disappointed and unwilling to return to Golden Corral. I believe that situations like this should be handled with courtesy and common sense, not hostility and threats. I strongly urge the corporate to address the training and professionalism of the management and staff at this location. NO customer should ever be shamed or treated like a criminal over...

This place had been recently remodeled, it would have been a great experience.. We paid for 2 adults and 2 kids over 12.. Our drinks covered, then as we had got our food and started to settle in the waitstaff taking care of our table came over a few times to look at our receipt didn't say a word to why but about 30 min later we have 3 other people looking at us making a scene.. Eventually, I had enough of all the attention, and this young girl says well it shows you got 2 waters and 2 drinks, and you have 4 drinks. OK, I Said and what's issue I have paid the lady at counter.. she said she made a mistake and that we need to go pay her for the other 2 drinks before we leave... I at that point had such an uncomfortable time with her and the way she was trying to deal with the issue... She was very un professional and ruined our meal.. so kids my wife and I got up left our drinks and food on table .. without an apology or anything and we where out 80.00 for a meal... We will not be going back , which isn't a big deal they have one in...
