This place is a complete DUMP!!! There were a few empty tables that were a filthy dirty MESS!!! The drink counter was a filthy mess! No napkins in the 4 napkin holders. Asked at the counter and were given bathroom paper towels. The back counter had food all over the counters and the front left counter where take out orders are processed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days!! CROSS CONTAMINATION throughout this entire filthy restaurant!! Not to mention the over filled trash cans!!! As I was checking out, I asked if someone could clean the tables so we could sit and eat in the restaurant. The male cashier asked the female employee who was working at the take out counter if she could go and clean the tables. She said, “in 3-5 minutes,” as she started a new take out order!!! We were standing there waiting with our food uncovered to get a seat!!! In 3-5 minutes our food would start to get cold because her LAZY AZZ couldn’t go and clean one table for us. Finally the male cashier went and cleaned three tables. All the employees here care to do is prepare orders and run the cash register!!! Why isn’t there an employee who’s duty is too make sure that the lobby, bathrooms, trash and the counters are presentable??? It called LOBBY DUTY!!! Employees can rotate this duty each day!!! The female walked out the door at 8pm and she never came out to the lobby and clean any of the dirty tables and neither did anyone else!!! The Pueblo County Health Department will be notified!!! They need to close down this filthy, disgusting PIGS PEN!!!!! Owners, managers; I don’t want the feed back that I just read when others had complained about the filthy LOBBY PIGS PEN, tell this to the Health Department or get off your AZZ and go in and see what your customers are seeing!!! We were there around 7:30pm Sunday - March 3, 2024!!! There’s NO DAMN EXCUSE FOR LAZY AZZ EMPLOYEES and the dining room to look like the CITY DUMP/PIGS PEN!!! GOT IT?!?!?!? Management has known about this filthy PIGS PEN from all the reviews and has done nothing about it and it shows!!!! The City needs to close you down like the way that they closed down the Roadway Inn!! Now we’re concerned that we don’t end up with food poisoning because of this filthy PIGS PEN!!!!!!

Read moreI usually like coming here, but the last few times the drink station has been totally trashed. No napkins or utensils, spilled liquids all over and condiments strewn all over. I prefer their Chicken bowl with brown rice and pinto beans. Usually the food is good, but the last two times I came to this location the brown rice was not all the way cooked. It was actually crunchy and I had to throw it away. Luckily, I work in Colorado Springs so I’ve just been going to other locations up there. I think this location can do a little bit better. There’s one somewhere off of Constitution and Powers in Colorado Springs and I am blown away by how clean it is compared to this location in Pueblo.
It’s the only chipotle location that we have in town. So needless to say, they’re gonna have business, but the cleanliness of the dining room has steadily declined over the last few months.
Some of the staff is friendly…..other staff look at you like you have the plague if you say thank you or have a nice day to them. One girl, in particular, who is always at the register just looks super miserable like she really hates her job. I’m not expecting much to come out of this other than I just wanna make people aware that there could be health issues because the dining room is not very clean. To be honest, I’m usually bewildered when I see people eating inside of this restaurant because the tables always look filthy.
I can’t really understand why there is such a disheveled appearance though, because I also noticed there is a ton of people behind the counter and some of them don’t even look like they’re doing anything so I don’t understand why they can’t have someone on lobby cleanup duty. Anyone ever heard of emptying the trash?
I hate to say it, but I’ve lived down here for about eight years now. Pueblo chain restaurants, always leave something to be desired, and their counterparts in other cities are usually much better. I don’t get why The bar is set so very low down here but I would say at this point based based on a lot of my experiences at restaurants in town, I wouldn’t have high expectations. Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. We are a company that buys lunch for our staff of 20 every Saturday. We spread the business around. This Saturday we decided on Chipotle. I put the order together on Friday night for a Saturday morning 11:30 pickup. However their system would not let me place the order for Saturday pickup. So I called the listed phone number and got a recording. I said I wanted to speak with a real person. The voice said it was transferring me to the store. What followed was an immediate hang-up. I tried 3 times. Don't take my word for it; try it yourself. I thought about driving to the location on my way home, but decided that I would just place the order this morning.
So at 9:00 a.m. I went online and placed the order and it STILL will not let me select 11:30 a.m. as a pick-up time. I can't contact the location, so then I went to the customer service link on the website to report my frustrations. Guess what? That will not work either. The first field is for the location and I typed in Pueblo. After completing all of the other fields and clicking SUBMIT, it refused acceptance and said I have to select a location from the drop-down. There is no drop-down menu!! Everything about this company says, DO NOT TALK TO US. WE ARE TOO IMPORTANT TO LET YOU CALL US!
If I ran my company like this one does, we would be out of business in short order. The interesting thing is, if you ask anyone, "Do you like having to deal with an automated voice when you call a business?" No one ever says yes. EVER! So why do companies continue to use them? The answer is money. You can't talk out of both sides of your mouth; You can't say, "Your satisfaction is most important to us," and then implement practices to the contrary.
