If you want Taco Bell, don't go to this one.
Worst Taco Bell location in town. I went inside to order and had to order off of the kiosk, which I don't mind, but there was no one at the counter to take anyone's order, and several were waiting to order before I even walked in.
It took about 25 minutes to get 1 quesadilla, 2 tacos and a 5-layer burrito.
When I got home to eat, I noticed that my 5 layer burrito was smaller than usual... It only contained a small amount of beans and some cheese sauce. It was about a fourth of the size of the usual 5 layer burrito. The soft tacos barely had any beef at all in them, they were basically all lettuce - I wanted a taco... not a salad.
I have ordered at this location several times in the recent past, and each time has been a total disappointment and waste of money.
Do yourself a favor and drive to the location on Pueblo Blvd and Lake instead. The wait is reasonable there, and the food is always as expected.

Went again. Experience was just as bad.
Drive thru took over 20 minutes with only a couple of cars ahead in line. Asked for root beer, drove up to the window to pay and they told me they were out, so I asked for sierra mist instead. I watched the lady pour my drink, then several minutes later handed me my food, and forgot my drink and walked off.
All of the chips for my chips and cheese, were basically crumbs.
Also, the burrito in the combo I ordered was supposed to be a 5-layer burrito, but it turned out to be a burrito supreme with practically nothing but beans and lettuce, I did not even see any meat in there... The burrito supreme is literally my least favorite thing on their menu!
I stand by my original review. Do not give this location your money. Go to any of the other locations, or try any of the proper Mexican fast food places that are open...

I pulled into the drive-thru at 7:27 AM, knowing they open at 7:30, and was greeted by a girl who rudely told me to go ahead and order, even though the electronic menu board was completely off. When I asked if they could turn it on so I could see my options, she suddenly claimed they weren't open yet.
We waited until 7:30, and when the board finally lit up, she insisted that I had to drive all the way around again to place my order. After clarifying that we had to go back around, she confirmed that we wouldn't be served otherwise.
I ordered a quesadilla, and despite my clear pronunciation, she mocked my accent and kept repeating something completely different from the menu. When I insisted on a quesadilla, she quoted me a ridiculous price of over nine dollars. After pointing out that the menu showed it at six dollars, she eventually changed her price to match, but her attitude was infuriating.
To top it all off, just an hour and twenty minutes after eating the quesadilla, I was struck with severe food poisoning. I had only consumed that and water, and now I'm dealing with uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting, which forced me to go to the hospital. After a grueling 13-hour shift as a nurse, I was looking forward to a quick meal before sleeping, but instead, I ended up with a nightmare of an experience. Read moreI doordashed an order and my poor dasher got to the restaurant and told him to his face (couldn’t tell him before hand) they wouldn’t honor our order even though we ordered in enough time. Horrible service!! Update: that day I called at least 10 times to my "surprise" I guess no one knows how to answer a phone because no one picked up when I wanted to file a complaint to the manager. I felt so sorry for my dasher but, he proceeded to tell me this is not the first time this has happened that they cancel orders on him when he arrives. Do you all realize that Door dashers make their money after delivering their goods?! So you guys not only screwed my order over but you screwed a dasher out of his money for that delivery! How inconsiderate do you have to be to do that to a dasher! They canceled the order before he even got there and they couldnt even let him know in advance. Then you all reply to my review and not even provide me the email where I can go above management to complain?! Well after reading more poor reviews apparently the person who is replying to these review can pick and choose who he wants to provide the email to.
