After spending over 10 hours, yes, ten on the phone with AT&T and Samsung without any resolution in sight, our manager walked into uBreakiFix weary, frustrated, and out of options.

He did not dismiss the complexity or pass us off. Instead, he thoughtfully considered the problem, explained a possible solution, and without promising a miracle, offered to try. And that effort made all the difference.

After the visit, I went home with a not only a repaired, but with a repaired and improved phone and a smile on my face for the good service. Last time I was there to replace a part, he asked if I want to wait for ~30min or to have a call and I decided to wait... and had my phone back in exactly 30min! Oh, and did I mention? I only had to pay the part they had to replace, the diagnosis and the replacement work was for free. They also take time to listen and analyze the problem with the customer, if it is necessary.
