Starbucks — Restaurant in Putnam Township

This is a joke right? I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for a while now and this really disappointed me. I went in ordering what I normally order: a strawberry refresher made with light ice and no berry's. I watched my order get made and the lady barely puts any refresher in it and fills most of it up with water then hands it to me. I asked her if she can put some ice in my drink sense I asked for light ice so she takes it back, pours half of the drink out and fills it with ice then adds a little more water after adding the scup of ice. It just tastes like ice water and I’m very unhappy sense I also tipped...

Horrible customer service. Apparently the rule at this location is order first and get served last after a 20 minute wait after serving the 5 other customers behind you that ordered 5 coffee’s and baked goods. You have to go ask if you have been forgotten and you are told no it’s right there. So how about letting someone know there’s a problem with the shot machine so I could change my order instead of being ignored and waiting for 20 minutes while everyone else is served. This Starbucks is inside the Busch's Fresh Market in Pinckney. They do a really good job with drinks there and they do have a selection of pastries as well. I eat Keto and they're getting less and less options that are sugar free or low carb and that's why I gave it four stars. They used to have sugar-free Cinnamon Dolce and they don't even carry that anymore, just sugar-free vanilla. So, my choices are very limited.
