Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Putnam Township

Normally this place has been good but for the past 6-7 months it hasn’t been. The service has been down right terrible. Today I went in there and ordered the crazy bread, they don’t brother to ask for a name and tell me It would be ready in 5 minutes. At this point of waiting I’ve waited 20 mins and still nothing. In the meantime of waiting 2 other customers come in and order their orders and they as well order bread. The bread then is passed off to them. I then ask the worker who took my order how long it would be until my order would be ready because I had been waiting 20 minutes, she then gets an attitude with me then tells me that it would be five more minutes. I explain to her that I’ve seen them give other people bread ahead of me and she rolled her eyes. I didn’t get her name but she was down right rude. After at least 30 minutes I finally got the TWO bags of bread I ordered. The place wasn’t busy at all, it was slow so there was no need for my food to take this long. If I could give this place a zero I would. When I got my food it was cold and wasn’t warm because they left it sitting on the shelf instead of putting it into the warmer fridge. Stopped in here to grab lunch for the family and was highly impressed with the cleanliness and speed of just the two employees working. For being short staffed, these two employees worked hard, weren’t messing around, and took care of business. The customer service was top notch and I was able to customize my family’s order with ease. The wait itself was approximately 15 minutes to have three pizzas, an order of pepperoni cheese bread, and a lunch combo made fresh. Nothing was burnt or wrong with our order. If anything, it was all made to perfection. I honestly feel the pictures speak for themselves. The prices are super affordable and way cheaper than what I use to pay when I lived in the city. After getting home, all I heard was the family talk about how delicious their food tasted. I know for a fact my family and I will definitely be coming back in the future to come. I am not sure why another reviewer would claim they paid an extra $2.00 to have light sauce because I had all the pizzas made with light sauce and was not charged extra. I also think it’s pretty neat how this pizza place is connected to the grocery store next door. Honestly sucks, they no longer have their own drivers and partner with door dash and thats the first issue. I ordered a pizza around 330pm and it kept getting delayed and delayed, so I went to pick it up myself. So by the time I actually got to the store it was 430pm. They no longer wanted to give me the original pizza because it had sat so long, so I agreed to wait since they gave me a full refund. That was mistake number 2. It took a whole 35-40minutes until another stuffed crust pizza was made. Keep in mind I order a stuffed pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce instead of the standard cheese sauce. What I got at the end of the day was a stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce and just thick ground salt thrown on top. So from soggy pizza, wait times beyond belief, and still the wrong order being placed in my hands. As the reviews suggest.
