Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Puyallup

Came through with my 2 roomates a little after 1:30 today, no one in line and Sevannah (her name was an the receipt) appeared to be the only one working. She purposely overfilled all 3 of our drinks so we all had to sip the excess off the top while putting the straw in so it didn’t spill all over us. She asked if we wanted whole milk on the Area 51 we ordered, and I asked for oat milk. My roommate who ordered it is lactose intolerant and didn’t realize until after she drank the whole thing that it was still whole milk even after she had asked us and I said oat milk. She literally took the last drink of it, looked at me and said, “that’s not oat milk” and if you have had an oat milk drink before, you know there’s a clear taste difference, but she had hoped she was wrong. Now she is having a flare up while at work. All 3 of us have worked and currently worked in customer service, and we were very nice, respectful, and tipped, which she did not see until after she gave us our drinks. She appeared to be nice, even chatting about one of my fave flavors being discontinued, which was no big deal and I didn’t make a fuss about it, just chose another drink. Really not sure why she decided to do this, but we will not be going back to...

Really bummed to have had a terrible Experience here. I was excited to walk my dog over since we live nearby. I placed my order through the app, so I would be in and out of the way for actual cars. Immediately was met with a terrible approach by the woman working. She asked what I was needing very rudely, almost looked pissed… I don’t expect to be met with smiles at every food/beverage establishment I go to, but this woman looked very unwelcoming. She handed me my drink and immediately walked back away. Y’all can have shitty service & shitty tasting drinks, but I have been here one other time In a car & I can’t recall if it were a different worker, but when asked, (last visit) my dog got a pup cup. I didn’t ask if my dog could have a treat, cos’ she was already very unfriendly. I will not recommend this place to anyone or any gusts I have over & just send people down the road to good vibes where pun not intended, the vibes are welcoming and friendly. And their drinks taste way better & they treat your pup as an extension of you!

Just glad I didn’t tip in the app! I brought cash to tip and well, hopefully that wasn’t the reason we lacked a good...

Decided to finally check out GC since they put a location close to our home. So glad we did! Their salted caramel latte with oat milk is a game changer! We typically go to Starbucks but this latte is giving me a change of heart.

Today they had their grand opening and we tried the white coffee and GC energy. The white coffee has a mild taste and is sweeter than typical coffee. The GC supernova is absolutely delicious!

10/10 would recommend trying gravity if you haven't already.

I only wish they had a cold brew option here but will continue to come back for that salted caramel latte. So creamy and delicious.

They also have a punch card system where you purchase 12 drinks and get the 13th free. Totally...
