Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Puyallup

Went after the state fair. I didn't get myself anything to eat because the fair is pretty pricey and I wanted to spend the money on my kids experience. Needless to say I was starving by the time we left. Decided to stop at jack in the box because it was close. I ordered the sourdough grilled chicken meal. I asked for no sauce, add mayo with a sprite. He repeated it all back to me perfectly. I wasn't asked if I wanted curly or regular fries, whatever. I didn't even think about it until I opened my bag and saw regular fries. I tasted my sprite while waiting for my food. It was gross. Not enough syrup or something. So when the guy came to the window I asked if I could get something else because that didn't taste right. He seemed mildly inconvenienced by it even though there was nobody in line behind me. I asked for a root beer instead. Finally received my food and left for my 1½ hr drive home. I opened my sandwich and it was their sauce, not mayo. 2nd time finding jagged sharp bone in fajita pita, prior to 4 mo ago (last time I ate there)also found one. 4mo ago Update-- Not recommended!!! Just found a large shard of bone in my chicken fajita pita. And this Jack in the box isn't even taking it seriously. It's understood that it's prepackaged when it comes to them but a piece of bone this large is absolutely unacceptable. And anyone could have been injured by it. The most upsetting thing of all is they told us if we didn't bring in the receipt tonight we couldn't even get a refund. What does it seem no one cares about quality or their jobs. So we took them the receipt and they didn't even give us a full refund. Of a measly $19. Update-- head office called and explained they would be sending out a letter of apology and be contacting the company that provides them with the meat to make sure that this did not happen again. Clerk working the window got mad at me and made my food super gross because the truck in front of me wouldn't move up and let me order, I got a bad vibe when I got my card back, wanted to just leave but already paid, the employee that handed me my food and coffee had really dirty gloves he like a sludge-looking stuff covering his gloves, super sketchy, food made me sick feeling all day, the bag smelled like gasoline almost, not appetizing in the slightest, the ultimate sausage sandwich was gross and all the ingredients were somehow different temperatures, the vanilla iced coffee was gross, watery, and just unpleasant to drink.
