Puyallup Pizza “Pizza Time” — Restaurant in Puyallup

Wow I really hate to write a bad review on Pizza Time as I really enjoy their pizza except for my last TWO orders they are slipping downhill. So guys what's going on there ? Last night pizza was 30 min late the have never been late in the two years we started using them and we order once a week usually .the last two orders we were told they didnt have a order for us on there end , each time once we provide our order # they were miraculously found and should be on the way. Well the one prior to last night was completely WRONG had meat a veggie was ordered. Last night the manager name Dan said his driver had to return to the store for change and she just left he didnt know why she came back instead of delivering my pizza ( duh) right anyway once the driver arrived young girl I asked you know you're 30 min last she said I'm sorry , I then replied your manager said you went back for change poor girl her mouth about hit the porch she said no I didnt I dont know why he would've said that, he told me to make sure I apologize for the pizza being late. He's been weird all day and hollering at everyone I dont know what's wrong with him today. The pizza was piping hot the chicken was hot so I beleive she was teing the truth about not returning to the store at 30 min late it would not have been that hot still. She looked so hurt and apologized again I said no worries as my food was hot.

Moral managers if your day is going bad don't take it out on your employees and forsake dont lie to your customers we do understand that there are times when it gets busy but a lying tongue is not good....

1/2 way through our shift, my husband wanted pizza for dinner, we were tired of the same ole dominos, wanted a change up, we ordered online, picked up our food the people were oh so sweet, gave me the old time small town feel like it was growing up. Pizza was a bit over cooked the meat kept rolling off into hubby’s leather couch, he spent our movie night “fishing for meat in the cracks of the couch 😣, The dough was quite thin and hard. I got the Mac-n-cheese bites yah not doing that one again, they were soggy, cold inside and cheese in cup was like it was frozen and thawed just a few before we picked our order up. We tried to microwave it we ended up just tossing them. The pizza is not bad, we are not a big fan of crunchy over-baked meat, we would have gave 4 stars if the meat wasn’t a “roll and seek” game and the dough wasn’t over cooked, the atmosphere was nice and clean, like I said gave us an old time feel where employees were nice the restaurant was really clean especially for a small joint.. other than that it was ok, I give them props for not being nasty and dirty around 9pm, I guess we just need to order and pick up earlier in the day?!? We have herd a lot about this place I am sure it is a fantastic place if you don’t order when everyone was pretty much done for the day (that’s understandable) but still. All in all we didn’t get the omg “so good” feel that we have herd...

I ordered for delivery. This was my first time to try Pizza Time. My very first mistake was ordering online and not including my email address.

I ordered 2 chef salads. And a csr reached out to me to let me know they were out of ham. So we said chicken for both salads. We received both chef salads, 1 with ham the 2nd with no chicken or ham or bacon, basically no meat.

The delivery driver called me to confirm our address. Somehow my address numbers were reversed. I suppose I could have typed my address in the order backwards. Since I didn’t include my email address I had no way to verify. I was thankful that the driver called me to verify my address.

The pizza tasted bland. I didn’t think they were generous with the toppings. Even when I asked for extra pepperoni, garlic and marinara sauce. But by the time the order arrived the pizza wasn’t steaming hot.

The 2 pizza’s were cold. My order was over $70 and I was disappointed about my chef salad with no chicken in it. And thankful the driver called me. So with all that, I’ll try Pizza Time one more time, but next time I’m including my email address so I can...
