Starbucks — Restaurant in Puyallup

Yesterday I visited this Starbucks, I got my usual Venti Strawberry Açaí Refresher, I had been drinking on it for about 2 Hrs I got it at like 11:30am, as I took my last drink of the refresher with about half the drink left I felt something hard and little come out into my mouth. I thought it was a strawberry but then I took it into my bathroom to get a closer look, and it was not a strawberry. It looked to be a little worm of some sort, I started to freak out as I am pregnant. The worm looked like a parasite that I learned about in college. Who knows if that’s what it was but it definitely was a worm of some sort it seemed to be dead, but still I am pregnant and freaked out. I will be watching for any irregularities in my pregnancy for the next couple of days. I called the store and they were of course VERY nice about it but I don’t think it was understood the seriousness of the matter. Sadly I will have to give Starbucks a break for a while as I am now traumatized. We went this place to meet someone and get a coffee. First and foremost: Starbucks has no choices when it comes to "sugar-free"! The only choice they have is sugar-free is vanilla. The only food I like vanilla in is ice cream. I am a Carmel Machiato flavor guy and it is one of the most popular flavors across all coffee shops, sugar or no sugar. Starbucks does not carry it. Second: to me Starbucks coffee is overrated, horrible tasting and way overpriced, but i could consider it if they have my flavor. So, while there, I ended ordering a vanilla CMto and let me tell you: it was nasty. It ended up in the garbage. Event wife, who loves anything sugared, said she will barf after she tasted it. Here is an advise to the Starbuckaroos: instead worrying about unionizing, you should start making good coffee or you will not...

I had the best experience at the drive thru today and this was my first time going to this location. I made my order, pulled up to the window, and the lady at the window started a conversation with me while we waited for my sandwhich to be heated. I think her name was Allie. She seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and really made my day. Aside from amazing service, the lemonade refresher I got was delicious, had a good amount of fruit, and not made with too much ice ( many starbucks usually fill up the cup with ice leaving you with less drink but not here!) and my chicken bacon sandwhich was good (could use some kind of sauce or cheese but otherwise fine). Highly recommend going here for your drinks!
