Wayne's Inn Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Puyallup

Wayne's Inn. On the outside it's just a regular old building not much different than any other bar/restaurant. But on the inside this place is truly amazing!! From the time this place opens until last call is heard, this place is THE place to be! The first time I went to Wayne's it simply seemed "normal," but once I sat down and pulled out my phone to scan everything so important to me in my life every thing changed. Brooklynn (the most amazing bartender EVER!!!!) Grabbed me a menu and asked if I would mind sitting closer to the bar and across the table from a man who I would later learn was Jim:) After meeting Jim, then it was Dave, John, Jessica (awesome cook and even better person), Matt, Kim, Gretchen, Ken, Tommy, Dan, Katie, Bob (smile today for once Bob lol), Carey and everyone else who's name I didn't get in the small amount of time I was there for the first time!! It was amazing! So many awesome people in hangn in what looks like a normal looking place! It's like Cheer's on Steroids!! Seriously! But this place is REAL and YOU can go check it out! Meet some or all of these beautiful people (inside and out) and enrich your own life and theirs:) Does YOUR local bar sound like this?? I doubt it. In fact I guarantee it doesn't. Check this place out. Talk to people. Ask them what they love instead of about the weather. You would be surprised at all the cool people you will meet and things you will learn. just went in there to play a dart match on 7/1/18 at 6pm. order 1 shot, 1 beer and 1 mixed drink. their dart board did not have internet connection like it was supposed to. my mom used to be a regular there and told them to put the drinks in the fridge we have to go down the street to a bar with a working dart board to play our match because there's another team waiting on us that we'll settle up when we come back. they wanted us to pay now for drinks we haven't even had one sip of because their equipment wasn't working and all we had been doing is trying to fix it. so we pay them and hand then our untouched drinks to put into the cooler until we cone back. after going to another location to try and play our match the other team refused because we've now taken to long. (They're in another time zone. 2 hours ahead of us) so we head back to Wayne's since we still had drinks there and that's where we left my mom's car when we went to try and find a working board. we went in, put money in the dart board, then went to order food and get our drinks they were supposed to put in the cooler. they inform us they dumped them when we left. so i have now wasted 3 hours of my day and basically had $30 stolen from me because their equipment wasn't working and never got to play our match. the whole time they were unhelpful and rude. we will be pulling our dart team and moving to a different location. i do not recommend this place for any reason. I was on my way to Bonney Lake to celebrate New Year's eve at my sister's but her and her lil family were still at church. So I googled a nearby bar and it took me to Top Gun. Got in and saw all the tables with New Year balloons and I asked the sweet lady there and she said they're all been reserved but if I wanted to stay and jamming with their live band (which is my favorite) I could buy a standing ticket. I told the sweet lady there that I have 6 other friends who would be joining me and we needed a table. So I sent them a message on our group chat and they prefer to have it at one of the friends' then out clubbing after. Since I was a lil bit far from them I decided to look for another nearby bar. So I called my other sister who happened to live in South Hill and she recommended me Wayne's Inn. It's 15mins drive from Top Gun. I went there, Lord and Behold, as soon as I entered, the sweet lady at the bar greeted me with a Happy New Year and made me feel so welcome. Throughout my time there, she always makes sure that I (not only me but their customers also) was taking care of. She even handed me a New Year headband and a horn for free. It was the best experience ever. I will definitely go back there whenever I go visit my sister in Bonney Lake. Thank you Wayne's Inn for the hospitality. You deserve...
