Great place to eat with really great food. The inside has a full bar with seating area, and big flat-screen T.V. with sports playing all the time. Pool tables and two separate dining areas. Lots of old west and Americana rustic decorations all over the walls and ceiling to talk about, and they have cold beer on tap. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced, and there's lots of choices. I have ate here four times and there is almost always been a line out the door. The waitresses try their hardest to keep everything clean and everyone accommodated, but it almost always has alot of customers. The cooks are always throwing and spinning pizza dough because they make that much pizza. All four times I have been here you will get your drinks within 4-5 minutes and your food will take at least 40 minutes, if you order a pizza that is, as they are made fresh. Wings and other appetizers will take about 20-25 minutes which is understandable with a full house most of the time. You can order with a takeout menu and call to pick up your food, and I highly suggest you do if you don't want to wait or short on time. There is a waiting area and you must wait to be seated. If the restaurant is full, they put your name on a list and will call you when theres an open table. There are a couple of benches by the door for those who need to rest while waiting. It's definitely worth the wait for the food. It's a great place with great workers that are nice, hardworking and friendly. Best Pizza place there is, hands down for a hundred miles in all directions. It really is, that good. Highly...
Read moreIf you’re passing through Quartzsite, Arizona, or lucky enough call it home, Silly Al’s Pizza is an absolute must-visit!
This family-owned gem has been serving up world-class pizza since 1987, and it’s easy to see why it’s earned its stellar reputation. From the moment you walk in, the lively atmosphere hits you—think rustic charm, friendly vibes, and the irresistible aroma of hand-tossed dough baking to perfection. I ordered their signature Al’s Combo pizza, and it was a flavor explosion—loaded with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers, all perfectly balanced on a crispy, chewy crust. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell they source the good stuff, often locally. They even offer a gluten-free cauliflower crust that’s honestly some of the best I’ve tried—light, flavorful, and guilt-free! Pair that with a cold craft beer from their full bar (they’ve got Arizona brews on tap!), and you’ve got yourself a meal to remember. The service? Top-notch. Even when the place is buzzing—and trust me, it gets busy with snowbirds and locals alike—the staff keeps things moving with a smile. Our server was quick, fun, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The quirky decor and occasional live music or karaoke only add to the experience, making it feel like a true Quartzsite hangout.
Silly Al’s isn’t just a meal; it’s a vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice, enjoying a night out, or taking a massive Goliath pizza to-go, this place delivers every time. Hands down the best spot in...
Read moreAlthough it was NOT crowded (maybe 25 customers in the whole place), I sat at the bar for faster service. Counting myself, there were 3 people seated at the bar. The bartender clearly saw and acknowledged me but was too busy talking with another person at the bar, I waited over 30 minutes for a drink and a menu. 20 minutes later he asked for my order, which he promptly told me they were "out of". I said "give me 2 minutes and I'll choose something else". TWENTY minutes later (and my drink was empty the whole time) he finally decides to return; all the while he was just talking to another bar customer. Now, I'm into it 1:15 minutes with an empty glass and JUST having my order taken and the place was anything BUT busy! I could go on and on about how HORRIBLE the service (bartender) was but the bottom line is it was the WORST service I've ever experienced! 90 minutes after walking in I finally got my second drink WITH my dinner. I will say this, I LOVE Silly Al's Pizza but last night I ordered the spaghetti. I'll give you the fact that Italian food and flavor is very subjective,..... like I said I love the pizza but IMO the spaghetti was horrible. I'll be back for pizza but WILL NOT sit at the bar if the same guy is working! If there was ever a time to have a meal "comped", last night was it. He didn't even ask how...
