Burger King — Restaurant in Queen Creek

Sadly, my opinion has severely changed. After my recent honey mustard extra soggy bun, with a hint of wilted lettuce and dried out chicken. The next day gift of food poisoning my wife and I survived was hardley the follow through either of us had hoped for.

Sadly, even though I have been a loyal supporter or the royal order of the flame broiled beef patty, the holy foundation for the purity of the 'Whopper'. I am sincerely doubting my continued patronage of this establishment any further. 39 years later after my original gracious taste of what I thought to be perfection, I fear I can no longer with a clear conscience grace it with my presence.

I was permanently damaged by the way the bun slurped from the paper and began to leak its gallon of honey mustard all over my once clean appendages. After I carefully weighed the options that lay before me. To risk the possibility of a future which included the consumption of the atrocity that lay in front od me, or retreat to a safe distance and enslave myself to the harsh embrace of hunger. After I made the now regrettable choice I did, I then slowly made it through the layers of honey mustard soaked buns that had morphed into a gooey mass of sludge, touched by a hint of day old shredded lettuce fragments which adorned what was to be at best described as yesterday's pidgeon that had been struck by a mack truck. Dry, lifeless, unseasoned but cooked thoroughly patty of meat kissed by lines of the 'grill'.

The next day I took the repercussions I had chosen for myself. The hours anguishing from my ill chosen choice of nourishment, as it ripped slowly through my gastrointestinal tract displaying its underlying feeling of hate for me all the way.

Finally, today after taking a vow of flame broiled celibacy, I can look to the future with a renewed hope...

I went here during my lunch break to get 20 chicken nuggets, 1 set spicy and the other regular. When I rolled up to the window to pay I was told I'd have to wait because the spicy chicken nuggets weren't ready yet so I had to wait upfront. That's not my problem. My problem is that the cashier didn't give me my receipt or even bother asking if I wanted it. I also wasn't told that the spicy nuggets weren't ready at either the voice intercom or by the cashier. Well the cashier did tell me but only after I had already paid. Look I get that fast food can be slow sometimes but if its gonna be slower than usual then at least let me know upfront so that I don't have to abandon my meal when I run out of waiting time. I ended up leaving without my meal because my break was about to end and I didn't wanna get back to work late due to having to wait out an unexpected delay that I should've been notified about from the start. If I had been told that they were out of spicy nuggets from the start then I would not have ordered them at all. I would've just ordered the regular ones and gotten on about my day. But this wasn't the case unfortunately. I waited a good 15 minutes in the parking lot before calling it quits. If I had time to wait then I wouldn't have taken the drive thru. Talk about being inconsiderate. Mediocre performance will receive mediocre ratings. But dont worry, I'll be back for more in the future because I understand humans make mistakes and sometimes we just...

I placed and paid for my order online and proceeded to the drive-thru window as directed on the app instructions. With 3 cars in front of me, I sat waiting for nearly 20 minutes to get to the call box. Each customer waiting approximately 4-7min befor their order was taken. When I finally reached the call box, I literally timed it...I sat there over 8 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The two vehicles behind me reversed out of the drive thru, and so did I. At this point, I was beyond upset as there was absolutely nothing fast about this fast food establishment. I proceeded inside the restaurant, where I again was ignored for several minutes. I spoke up and got someone's attention and advised what I had just been through. She said they were short staffed, and she needed to get food out to the guy outsidewho had been waitingover 20min for his food.when she finally came back inside I asked for my money back and she advised they she could not refund my money cause they never accepted my order...yet...I have a charge on my card already. Unfortunately, this is not my first long wait time at this specific location. I will not be back again. They will continue to lose customers if this ccontinues. I left without a refund as the woman could not be bothered with me. I'll be calling Corporate first thing...
