I’m honestly so sick and tired of this location.. nearly every day I’d order a couple of crunchy tacos.. EASY BEEF, EASY LETTUCE with EXTRA CHEESE… these people are so lazy they either decide to not do it how I’ve asked at all.. or are giving me extra lettuce and no cheese at all out of spite! if you are LUCKY.. and I mean REAL lucky.. they’ll give you fresh tacos and actually get it correct. I have hyperthyroidism and had desperately have been trying to put on some weight and am only just 70 pounds as a near 30 year old women.. today I go and ask for my 3 of them.. get back home and it’s INSANELY obvious when they aren’t fresh and have been premade and sitting out for hours all day and possibly slightly heated in a microwave.. the cheese on top isn’t cold as fresh cheese typically is when it’s fresh.. lettuce isn’t cold it’s soggy.. beef is lukewarm.. the one time I went I’d ordered three that time as well the two were “edible” but the other was stone cold.. I’m talking genuinely stone cold like it had been left out for well over a few days or stuck inside a fridge.. I’d ordered tacos earlier that day and hadn’t finished one and ordered this order by 6-7pm the ones I’d ordered in the morning were from the early AM before noon and the one I hadn’t finished that same morning was still warmer then the cold one they had given me.. the incompetence of this location is mind boggling.. on one occasion after eating them it instantly made me sick which I’d thought was just bad gas… until I found out it was food poisoning.. it’s extremely rare for them not only to actually get the order correctly but to put nice fresh ingredients onto the tacos.. it’s so painfully obvious when it’s soggy and doesn’t look fresh.. when someone asks for EASY LETTUCE.. and EXTRA CHEESE.. you don’t grab some old premade taco that doesn’t fit my orders description.. at this rate I’ve ordered over 50 times easily within the last couple of months to try and stack calories and maybe less then 10 times have they given me the correct amount of cheese.. it’s like they put easy beef and over compensate on the lettuce and sprinkle this tiny amount of cheese.. clipped a photo but it’s hard to tell the cheese isn’t fresh if you don’t know what your looking at but when it’s fresh it’s cold and much lighter toned.. this darker color happens when they are premade and old and have been sitting out… don’t even have to be busy.. they’ll give you something that’s been sitting out for hours and hours just to get it over with.. you guys genuinely owe me so many “I’m sorry free taco” tickets it’s not even funny anymore.. I can’t tell whether your just doing it out of spite or if whether your actually this incompetent.. it blows my mind.. i can instantly tell when mine aren’t what i ordered without even having to open them.. if it’s extra cheese and fresh I should feel cold on the top of the taco wrapper because they’ve put enough for it to meet the top of the taco shell.. when it just feels warm at the bottom? I know it’s an older premade not what I ordered taco.. you have one job.. do it correctly or quit. You’ve let me down more times than...

(Oh, no! As if when I tell this person, they're going to remember that I wanted hot sauce, put it in the bag and hand it to me.) "Yes, hot sauce."

"Thank you"
(Manager is at the window, perfect, everything will go well now...) "..." (Hands out bag...no hot sauce)
"Can I get some hot sauce?"
(All pissed off now, huffing, sigh...practically throws hot sauce...)
Like we're the ones that came up with the policy of annoying people with a recording about an app and then not listening to anything they say, annoying people about hot sauce when they order and then not giving it to them. I know working at Taco Bell is miserable but it's just not my fault. Find something you want to do...
Read moreThis store has the worst customer service. If you walk up to the counter you will be completely ignored. I went to get a mobile order. I stood at the counter while two employees stood talking at the drive through window amongst themselves for several minutes. After asking what I needed they went to the back and said I was in the waiting room. I could hear a male loudly yell that he did not care and I could sit and wait in the waiting room. It had already been at least 15 minutes since placing my order. When the girl returned to the front I told her I wanted a refund. She went back until the kitchen to some more yelling. I was then told they could not offer a refund on a mobile order and was given a phone number on a sticky note to call to get a refund. The yelling male with the attitude came uo front to tell me he was busy all day with two people working and had cars in the drive through. The girl at the counter was very nice and embarrassed at the situation. It was one of her first days there. The older male who may have been the manager should not be...
