Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Queen Creek

We showed up at 9:45 p.m. after a movie. The guy at the front asked " are you guys really coming in? We are trying to close." (They close at 11) I know what Carl's Jr. is so I wasn't expecting fine dining, but the food was just thrown together with reckless abandon! It was $55, worth about $5 all together. My order was simple. One of their basic burgers without cheese because what type of person can mess that up? I found the answer to that question, this particular "special" brand! I didn't find out until I got home which was far enough away that returning would have been unpleasant and it probably would have choked him out! How is it so hard to not put cheese on something? You actually save a step. The guy was not knowledgeable at all. He couldn't even reprint a receipt because the one thing that is super easy to do is to replace the receipt paper. You only have two options, he got it wrong and was obviously inferiorly trained. I glanced in the back and the girl had all of the ingredients including the cheese that I didn't want surrounding her and not in the specified bins which are usually temperature controlled by ice and or other means!!! I blame the management or lack thereof because as in 99% of the cases in this type of environment; It's a training issue! Also, before doing this review I went to their complaint department which made me send an email. I asked for a call back and when they did call back twice, they obviously didn't know how to work a phone because they couldn't hear me and just gave up... I used to love Carl's Jr. but for $55 I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and had excellent food and service. Guess where I won't be returning to... Go...

I would just like to share a few concerns with Carl’s Jr in Queen Creek. First of all, I ordered on UberEats tonight hoping that my food would be made correctly. That was not the case. The Beyond Star was supposed to have an extra slice of cheese with Mayo, Ketchup and Mustard. What I got was a piece of kale with no condiments on the burger with no sauces whatsoever. I am really starting to lose faith in Carl’s Jr since the way they have been doing lately. It feels like they make it a mission to not care or just let people down every time. I already lost faith in Sonic Drive In. Plus Burger King got rid of their impossible whopper so really I’m depending on Carl’s Jr to give me better food choices. I am just hoping that Carl’s Jr Management can please do something about this cause the way it works in the food business is, you can choose to work or not work there. You need to give the customer what they want. Carl’s Jr really did me a disservice tonight and quite frankly, I don’t know if I wanna keep ordering here. The workers here are very rude and very disrespectful. Like this is the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve been to. Sonic Drive In does not even compare to Carl’s based on complaints. I will say this restaurant is very clean but other than that, there’s nothing good to say bout...

So, so, so disappointed that I spent so much money on a burger here! We picked up a drive-thru dinner on our way home. We ordered enough for 3 people, and when we got to the window and paid, they had us pull around the front to wait for our food while they made it 'fresh'. Hm. We waited FOREVER. When it came out, to my everlasting shame I did not check the bag right there. When we got home, I was super disappointed when we pulled out our food. The 2 packages of fries were skimpy at best, like they only put in about half of the fries that should have been in there. The 3 burgers, all different ones, were a mess. Two of them were correct, but so sad and flat looking, nothing like the pictures they tout on their windows and drive thru signs. The 3rd burger, my burger, was not even what I had ordered, and they left all my toppings off. It was like they just threw in a kids' cheeseburger instead of my Famous Star burger. I literally threw it in the garbage and went to the gourmet burger place near my house that I love to get a real burger (which by the way, only cost about $2 more than what CJ is charging for their sad burgers).
