Panda Express — Restaurant in Queen Creek

I stopped at this location yesterday December 14th at approximately 8:20 p.m. I wanted to get some chicken egg rolls and some cheese cream cheese rangoons and was told that they were out and we're not making any more for the evening even though I said I would wait they wouldn't do it that left only the spring rolls which I do not like this is not the first time this has happened to me this location in Apache Junction I am very upset also note that if you buy the three piece cheese rangoons it's two dollars in order if I buy four of them that would equal $8 however if I buy the 12 piece pack which is the same number of pieces it cost you $8.40 so it cost you more to order it by the 12 pack then it does to order for individual packs of three that makes no sense at all and I have to specifically tell them to rent in separately every time because I do not want to pay the extra 40 cents the time before that I visited about a week prior to that and again no egg rolls at 8:30 in the evening the chicken egg rolls the cream cheese rangoons I got were old and stale and I ate a couple of them and then gave the rest of my dog when I called to voice my concerns I was pretty much told while it's near closing time and that's...

When we got there, there was a long line, we got through the line pretty quick where they ask if we want chow mein or rice. Them we go onto the entrée line, we wanted orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and chicken egg rolls, they were all empty so they told us to go ahead and pay and that we would have to wait till the new food came out. So we waited.. and waited.. the orange chicken came out they put it in our box, the teriyaki came out. There was enough for both our orders instead they only put it in one of our orders and gave the rest to the customers that were behind us.. every time the teriyaki chicken came out they kept skipping us. So therefore our food was getting cold. So finally after 15 minutes my husband walks up and asked when ours was going to be ready and they said when more teriyaki chicken comes out. So my husband asked to have our order remade because our food Is sitting in the containers getting cold. So they made us new ones. Not only did we have to wait for about 20 minutes every employee in there knew what was going on and gave us dirty looks. That is the worst experience we have ever had at panda. They did not even put napkins or forks in our bag. I'm upmost disgusted with...

I went to the drive thru. Which was backed up, I understand the dinner rush as a fast food employee myself. After finally getting my order taken after 25 minutes of waiting. I pulled up to the window to a younger man who was very unkind. He didn’t read my order back to me just said my total. I asked for sweet and sour on the side just for him to tell me it would be a 5 minute wait. I asked why it would take so long. Instead of providing me with an explanation he ignored me. I asked why again just for another older lady with grandpa glasses rip off her head set and say “What’s the problem.” i mentioned the sweet and sour sauce. She said “we can bring it out to you...park out front.” and i said “Ok...” the guy who took my payment gave me my food. I pulled around to the front just for no one to ever bring the sauce. I go inside and the same older lady greets me. I ask for the sweet and sour again and she finally gave it to me. No apologies nothing. I never go here because of how poorly the staff treats me every time i come in. I understand dinner rushes are stressful. But after looking at the reviews on here.
