If you are looking for a cheap quick meal, I do not recommend this location. My friend and I went here to get a hot n ready pizza at around 7 o’clock and I am sure by seeing how many stars this review has, you guessed it wasn’t hot n ready, which would be correct. I am not sure why they advertise hot n ready between 4-8, because they are never ready. So we ordered anyway and we were quoted a 10 minute wait. We got an extra most bestest and an order of crazy bread. After about 10 minutes I went back in and it wasn’t ready, I was then quoted another 5 minutes. So I waited and then it took another 15 minutes (25 minutes total). I don’t mind waiting, I mind being lied to about the wait time. Just be honest and upfront about it. So I finally got my pizza (yay)! I took it home and the cheese was all burnt and it looked like it had been cut using a lopsided butter knife. See the picture below. Obviously I was not happy about this and was not willing to put it in my body, so I called them and told them I was coming back to get a new pizza. They were super nice about it and gave me a new pizza when I arrived. Which is why this review has 2 stars and not 1. I asked why happened to the first pizza and they said that when their pizzas sit out for too long, the moisture is removed from the cheese. If that doesn’t concern you, I am not sure what will. Not only did they admit to leaving their product out, but they also knew there was an obvious error with the pizza and still served it. How unique of a business plan. Read moreMany times we have used this location, every time we have ordered there has been an issue with our order we try to call and no one picks up the phone. Ironically after multiple times of trying to reach them I drove to the store and the person at the Counter had no one to serve and was ignoring the phone. After ordering delivery we ordered a pretzel pizza with cheese. They delivered a pizza with red sauce instead. Again since calling never works we ignored it. Another order we put in online pizza comes, and same thing. Called into the store multiple times and surprised to get someone I did. The lady who stated she was the manager said we would have to get a reimbursement from door dash, after stating we just wanted the correct pizza she said they had none at the time so just sent the closest thing they had. Fourth time around, made about 10 phone calls and finally got someone. Asked if they had the correct sauce this time and the lady, again who is the manager stated I had to order it online I just called and twice it was an issue. She stated I know I have talked to you before about this (in a snobby manner). This place already has a 2 star review. Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars, largely due to the management of Rodrigo. Unfortunately, he has consistently demonstrated poor leadership skills, which negatively impacts both the staff and the overall work environment.
Rodrigo tends to lie about schedules and expectations, which creates confusion among coworkers. Many of us have experienced last-minute changes that he fails to communicate, leading to frustration and chaos during busy shifts. This lack of transparency erodes trust and morale within the team.
Moreover, his treatment of staff is concerning. Rodrigo often speaks to coworkers in a disrespectful manner, belittling their efforts rather than offering constructive feedback. This kind of behavior fosters a toxic atmosphere, making it difficult for employees to feel valued and motivated.
Overall, Rodrigo's management style is detrimental to both staff and customers, ultimately affecting the quality of service at Little Caesars. I hope that changes are made to improve the work environment for everyone...
